With the increasing global energy consumption and the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the reduction of environmental pollution by reducing dependence on traditional fuels such as petroleum has attracted more and more attention from the general public.Especially in recent years,everyone’s awareness of environmental protection has increased.,the acceptance of new energy products is getting higher and higher.Vigorously promoting the use of new energy vehicles and reducing the number of traditional fuel vehicles are the goals that countries around the world are constantly pursuing.In addition,traditional fuel vehicles still occupy the vast majority of the market in the automotive field,and the number of talents in the field of new energy vehicles cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of new energy vehicles.In addition,new energy vehicle companies are very lacking in employee career management.Due to the lack of reasonable planning and implementation of employees’ careers,the current comprehensive quality of employees of new energy vehicle companies is difficult to meet the needs of rapid renewal of new energy vehicles.Therefore,it is an important way to improve the utilization rate and comprehensive quality of new energy vehicle talents to analyze the deficiencies of new energy vehicle companies in terms of employee career management and propose scientific solutions and strategies.During my on-the-job postgraduate study,I conducted research on the career management of employees of X New Energy Automobile Company.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing research theories and the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on employee career management,this paper takes X New Energy Automobile Company as an example to introduce the basic situation of X Automobile Company and its X New Energy Automobile Company.This paper analyzes the human resource structure and talent demand of X new energy automobile company,and explores the current situation of employee career management of X new energy automobile company.In order to more truly and comprehensively analyze the main problems of X new energy vehicle company in terms of employee career management,this paper designs a questionnaire,conducts questionnaire survey statistics and analysis,and analyzes the current X new energy vehicles according to the collected questionnaires.The main problems of the company in the management of employees’ career,and the reasons are studied in combination with the actual situation.Combined with the main problems of X New Energy Automobile Company in employee career management,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward,which provides a guarantee for the healthy development of employees.This paper takes X new energy vehicle company as the research object,analyzes the main problems and reasons of X new energy vehicle company in terms of employee career management,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,which is not only important for the development of X new energy vehicle company Guiding significance,but also provides an important reference for other domestic new energy vehicle companies. |
