Under the trend of global economic integration,the intensity of enterprise competition will be further intensified.At the same time,the development of information technology and the arrival of knowledge economy further highlight the importance of talents,especially high-quality talents,in the process of enterprises participating in market competition.How to improve the level of human capital management and the quality of talents is considered to be an important way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to improve the staff’s post competency,improve the level of professional skills and all aspects of quality,on this basis to enhance enterprise cohesion and centripetal force,we must play an important role in staff training.Through staff training to create a high-quality talent team has become an inevitable path for enterprises to gain market competitive advantage in the new era.C industry group is no exception,but also needs to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through good staff training.This paper selects C industry group as the research object,based on the relevant theories of modern human resource management,including human capital theory,demand hierarchy theory and so on,through a certain perspective of observation and analysis,in-depth analysis of the group’s internal staff training management measures,status quo,problems and the causes of the problems.Through the research,it is found that C industrial group attaches great importance to employee training,puts it in the position of group strategic development,and invests a lot of reform attention and energy,hoping to break through the bottleneck,improve the quality and efficiency of employee training,and lay a solid talent foundation for the realization of development strategy.However,the training management system has some shortcomings and problems in demand analysis module,plan making module,scheme implementation module,process supervision module and effect evaluation module.Based on this,this paper focuses on the development of appropriate staff training management system and methods,including strengthening the importance of training needs analysis,distinguishing the level of training needs analysis,refining the content of training needs analysis,improving the technology of training needs analysis;improving the training time plan,training object plan,training content plan,training form plan;leaders in charge To optimize the department setting,allocate sufficient personnel,improve professional quality,improve the mechanism,and improve the implementation efficiency;strengthen the supervision of the training process,set up the supervision procedures of the training process,use modern information technology to supervise,and incorporate them into the enterprise management evaluation index;expand the training effect evaluation content,strengthen the feedback of evaluation results,and improve the training evaluation tool technology.The purpose of this paper is to provide some constructive suggestions and reference strategies for the enterprise staff training.
