Since 2014,China's economy has entered a new normal state of economic development,and the industrial results are also facing further upgrading,so various industries should also start their industrial adjustment.Logistics as an emerging industry in development,we should seize the opportunity to upgrade the industry,which is inseparable from the role of relevant Staffs.China Railway Express is a managementrn logistics enterprise with package express,express freight,contract logistics and international business as its core.This paper takes Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on staff training management.This paper is mainly divided into five steps.The first step is to analyze the background of the study,understand the specific significance of the study,collect relevant literature,sort out the relevant research status,determine the specific content of the study and the research methods used.The second step is to summarize the relevant concepts and theories of Staff training,understand the specific content of training management,including training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation and control,and training effectiveness evaluation.The third step is to analyze the current situation of Staff cultivation in Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express.Firstly,starting from the basic situation and Staff structure of Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express,we have a basic understanding of Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express.Then we analyze the current situation of Staff cultivation in Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express from the aspects of Staff cultivation,performance evaluation and Staff demand.The fourth part finds out the problems existing in the staff training management of Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express and their causes,and finds that there are some problems,such as the lack of business process standards,more documents and difficult to access and use,the lack of timely guidance in system revision,the lack of business process improvement and management tools,and the weak function of business process management organizations.The causes of these problems include the lack of improvement.Standard management,curriculum development and training organizations lack the process of knowledge accumulation and knowledge solidification,and curriculum development lacks knowledge accumulation and standard process.Fifth,in view of the problems found,the paper puts forward some countermeasures: first,to optimize the management of staff training system,mainly including the implementation of organizational training system and the improvement of training rewards and punishments system;second,to optimize the training content,mainly from the company's internal post requirements and staff capacity improvement needs to select training content;third,to optimize the staff training curriculum design,Zhu Ayu package.Including the optimization of curriculum development and teaching methods,and the fourth is to optimize the evaluation of training effectiveness,including the evaluation of pre-training staff competence and the evaluation of training staff competence improvement after training.The ideas,methods and suggestions provided in this paper have reference value for the research and practice of staff training in Wuhan Branch of China Railway Express.
