| With the development of automobile industry competition,stock survival evolution,in recent years,the car company of the valspar bluff type decline,the vehicle gross margin thin,each brand dealers operating pressure,compared to auto after market become one of the important profit channel,especially the car inside and outside act the role in adding supplies and accessories category(referred to as "the automobile high-quality goods")in this paper.In order to adapt to the development trend of the industry and the strategic needs of the Group,Zhejiang Geely Holding Group has decided to strengthen and refine the Group’s boutique business and create a sustainable development and customer-centered boutique business ecology.At present,in the process of business development,the following three problems are reflected: first,from the perspective of consciousness,most dealers have not awakened,there is no sense of boutique operation;Second,from the operational level,can not form a completed sales process and supply,production and marketing chain;Third,from the point of view of terminal sales,front-line sales personnel lack of professionalism,boutique related marketing business is not skilled,the comprehensive strength of the post needs to be improved.To this end,in order to quickly open the consciousness of boutique business,business skills to improve professional,operation methods to improve,boutique business training has become the first priority.Though the training work,however,have a certain foundation,but the curriculum not casual,system,content of the single and the ground into effect,weakening the training management is difficult to guarantee the quality and efficiency of contribution,investigate its reason is has not yet a complete orientation for training and certification,no complete training system,process management,evaluation and implementation of security.In this paper,by studying a number of theoretical literatures and research reports related to the industry and training majors,aiming at the gap between the current situation and the expected ability of boutique specialists,a training planning scheme with training demand analysis,plan formulation,plan implementation and effect evaluation as the main line is formulated.This paper to study the pyramids,the competent quality theory,blended learning theory and his four evaluation theory as the foundation,such as literature research,questionnaire and interview research as the research method,at the same time reference trade related cases and has some practical results,design a set of feasible and effective targeted training system,match with corresponding reasonable scientific assessment to ensure the plan of iteration and circulation,and consider the security measures to ensure the smooth implementation scheme.This program has the following reference significance.First of all,it emphasizes the practical operation and relevance of the business,the arrangement of the course content and the design of the training mode.Secondly,a variety of training models are integrated,so as to be interlinked and have levels,simplify the complex,and gradually strengthen;At the same time,with a certain degree of sustainability,the work of PDCA is sunk into each link,so that the whole scheme is in a continuous optimization state;Finally,in the aspect of safeguard measures,it points out the key linkage between the training work and the whole business.Both the upstream and downstream of the program have achieved the consideration of the relevant departments and nodes.This study hopes to strengthen the knowledge and skills of iterative boutique specialists and improve their comprehensive quality.It is helpful to enhance the boutique operation ability of dealers and accelerate the bridge of the gap with major domestic and foreign competitive car enterprises in this business field;At the same time,the work performance and value contribution of the staff in this position will be improved to promote the win-win development of the enterprise and the individual.In addition,it is conducive to the complete construction of Geely Auto’s boutique business system,and its commonality in training and related development fields provides a pilot demonstration case for the training practice of peers and related industries,which has reference value. |
