| In recent years,under the dual impact of the novel coronavirus pneumonia and the new policy of real estate regulation,a number of real estate enterprises are in deep trouble,and the total output value of the building decoration industry shows a slowing growth trend.Meanwhile,there are a large number of building decoration enterprises,the quantity of existing of enterprises enterprises and the total supply of engineering undertaking capacity exceeds the demand,so the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.If enterprises do not have core competitiveness,it will not be conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.JM Design and Decoration Company is a company located in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.In 2021,Chengdu People’s Government put forward the policy guidance of "high-quality development as the orientation" to promote the green building industry,and "promote the high-quality development of finished residential buildings in our city and improve the quality of finished residential construction",so as to accelerate the development of building decoration industry and improve the overall operation quality of the industry.JM Design and Decoration Company,as a decoration company with "high-quality" design and service in the industry,has a good reputation among customers and the industry,and its performance has been growing steadily year by year.However,due to the epidemic and intensified market competition and other factors,the company’s profit performance in 2021-2022 has not reached the expected level.Meanwhile,in response to policy changes and market trends,The company decided to increase staff training,improve the company’s performance and competitive advantage,and optimize the existing training system is imminent.This thesis takes JM Design and Decoration Company as the research object.Firstly,this thesis expounds the background and significance of this research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,proposes the main content of this research,and expounds the important research methods and ideas of this thesis.Then introduce the general situation,human resources and training system of JM Design and Decoration Company,analyze the current training organization,training content,training lecturers and other aspects of JM Design and Decoration Company.Through field interviews,questionnaires and other methods,analyze the problems existing in the current training system of the company.The problems include lack of in-depth training demand analysis,lack of systematic training plan,lack of institutional guarantee,weak pertinence in training content,traditional and single training form and so on.On this basis,according to the principles of following the strategic orientation and teaching students according to their aptitude,the training needs are analyzed from the three aspects of the company,the job and the staff,and the training system of the company is optimized.Multi-level curriculum system is designed for managers,designers and construction personnel,and more diversified training forms such as scenario simulation,role playing and combination of online and offline are proposed.And the effect evaluation and optimization.Finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of the improved program of the training system of JM Design and Decoration Company,the guarantee program is provided for the optimization from the aspects of organization,system and funds.This thesis aims to analyze the problems existing in the staff training system of JM Design and Decoration Company through the use of training theories,and put forward the corresponding optimization plan according to the problems,improve the staff training work of JM Design and Decoration Company,so as to support the sustainable development of the enterprise.In addition,the research conclusions can provide reference and guidance for other similar design and decoration enterprises to study the staff training system. |
