With the rapid development of the Internet in China in recent year s,the explosive growth of mobile terminals has resulted in a larger and larger number of users and a wider and wider distribution.Enterprises need to establish super-large data centers to deploy cloud services to deliver,accelerate,display,calculate and store data information for users.Under such large volume demand,it will become imperative to establish multi-centers to provide redundancy,multi-activity and backup disaster backup,and the development and construction of data centers will be in a high speed period.However,due to the wide variation in development level and planning across the country,as well as the huge variation in core infrastructure configuration and pricing of operators,capacity and cost issues have become increasingly important factors for enterprises to consider.Enterprises have different requirements in different development stages,so it has become a relatively common state to reduce costs through real-time migration of data centers and clouds,and the timeliness of migrat ion process has become a problem that cannot be ignored.This paper mainly studies the schedule problem caused by low migration efficiency when enterprises are migrating cloud and data center.This paper takes company P as an example and takes its video cl oud core data center migration project as a case to conduct progress management analysis.For the video cloud business carried by data center of com pany P,the traditional project schedule management scheme is not fully applicable to the new cloud and data center migration project.The main problems include :(1)it is difficult to track the use of core resources,unable to allocate and recycle effecti vely,and the migration schedule is restricted.Without a good resource management and deployment strategy,many businesses migrate synchronously or asynchronously,and the early-stage purchase costs and resource benefits cannot be coordinated,resulting in huge costs and uncontrollable migration schedule of subsequent activities.(2)The interinvocation,long migration cycle and successive removal of each data center of video cloud business components make the migration process more complex.The hard termination time of each data center has a great impact on the migration order of each business.In addition,the re are many business system components,which are heavily dependent on each other,so the duration of subsequent migration is seriously affected.(3)There are many departments and people who can contribute to the work are not consistent,which makes it impossible to effectively organize and coordinate the promotion.There is a lack of sound project management mechanism to monitor and manage the project process progress,and there is no effective solution to the project delay caused by human factors.According to the above problem,this paper conducts a comprehensive study combining the status quo of core data center of the company P migration project and the current project schedule management method,choose the more advanced the critical chain method and its characteristic was improved,mainly includes:(1)the statistical survey data analysis was used to construct human input index,can be more accurate estimates of the project cycle,and evaluation of project human uncontrolled probability.(2)Establish the path decision model of core resources,select the optimal key points according to the resource usage and occupation cycle of each business,combine the characteristics of parallel serial and call dependence,maximize parallel migration and shorten the process waiting time.(3)The complexity of video cloud migration and human input were introduced into the buffer computing model as computing factors.Combined with normal distribution,the accuracy of buffer size setting was improved to avoid being too large or too small.(4)Adopting matrix monitoring scheme can focus on monitoring the delay risk of the business carried by the score data center.By applying the improved critical chain method to the video cloud core data center migration project of company P from the early stage,the waiting time caused by core resource constraints is greatly reduced,and the project duration is shortened as far as possible by using the parallel project.After key chain optimization,through precise allocation of buffer,the later the migration project is,the more obvious the efficiency improvement ratio will be,the stronger the parallelization ability will be,and the overall efficiency will be significantly improved.Based on the progress management research of the video cloud core data center migration project of P Company,this paper has solved various coordination problems encountered in the initial stage of pro ject approval and the huge delay of evaluation time.It has also provided references for the company's subsequent migration projects,and has reference significance for similar problems in the industry.
