In recent years,with the construction market's opening,a large amount of capital has poured into the construction industry,and many private enterprises have joined the market competition.The original market operating environment has been broken,which has sharply reduced state-owned construction engineering companies' competitive advantage.At the same time,clients' requirements for the completion time and quality of the project are getting higher.Moreover,the phenomenon of reduction in the price and ahead of the project's process schedule is common case.Nevertheless,the current construction project performance management model can't afford to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition,and the pressure of survival is pressing enterprises to carry out management system reforms.In this context,how the state-owned construction engineering company can improve the enterprise's profits,further develop the company,and expand the scale of the enterprise has become the focus of the senior management in the construction engineering company.As the core of the construction engineering company's control management system,construction project performance management has an important impact on the company's corporate management and future development.Therefore,adopt scientific research to optimize the performance management of construction projects has important practical significance.This article summarizes the research results of the performance management of construction projects at home and abroad.In this paper,we take SH company's construction as the research object.Through the description of SH company's construction project performance management system,we find the problems and corresponding reasons in the current construction of the SH company by using relevant theoretical foundations.We found that the current top-down performance management model of SH company that emphasizes performance appraisal but ignores performance feedback and the use of performance results.It is no longer suitable for gradually younger employees and is not conducive to the formation of corporate core competitiveness.Furthermore,in order to solve this problem,this article combines SH company's business operation and management practices,with the goal of improving project profitability,and conducts performance management of SH company's construction projects from the aspects of target decomposition,process reengineering,culture cultivation,and application of results,forming a chai performance management system with dynamic circulation.Moreover,based on the implementation measures of the construction project performance management optimization plan,the implementation of risk analysis and prevention,implementation effect prediction,etc.,on the basis of discussing the SH company's realization of lean construction,the performance management objectives are decomposed to individuals,and a full participation performance management culture is established.Based on the implementation measures of the construction project performance management optimization plan,the implementation of risk analysis and prevention,implementation effect prediction,etc.,to discuss the performance management goals of SH company construction projects on the basis of realizing the company strategy,decomposing the performance management goals to individuals,and establishing full participation performance management culture,to achieve a closed-loop performance management model,so that the company can improve the incentive mechanism,enhance the enthusiasm of employees,and solve the problem of serious brain drain.Research shows that the above-mentioned reform methods can not only solve the practical problems faced by SH companies and improve the performance management capabilities of SH companies' construction projects,but also provide relevant reference for similar construction engineering companies and promote the innovation of the entire construction project performance management model.
