| With the rapid development of China’s economy,how to improve the efficiency of construction project management has become an urgent problem to be solved.However,most construction projects in China do not have a perfect and efficient performance evaluation system.Meanwhile,the performance management and evaluation system is lack of rationality,which makes the performance evaluation formalistic.Therefore,Establish and improve a set of targeted performance appraisal system and carry out process evaluation and result control for project performance evaluation can increase the overall benefit of the project under the condition of good operation.Firstly,based on the systematic research on the theory and application of performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the basic situation and management mode of the main stream of Songhua River.Then,according to the actual situation of the embankment project of the main stream of Songhua river,this paper research the key factors of the success of the multi section construction,classify and make module analysis of these factors,determine the evaluation indicators,build a performance evaluation index system,determine the weight of the index with tomographic analysis,apply matter element analysis to performance evaluation on each section,judge the project with correlation function,and express the level of the project performance management with quantitative grades.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the main stream embankment project in Songhua River,this paper reaches the results of the multi section construction of the main stream embankment project of the Songhua River and put forward a feasible method to improve the performance evaluation so as to improve the management efficiency of the embankment project of Songhua River,which can provides a reference for the study of the performance evaluation of the embankment projects and plays an important role in improving the performance evaluation of embankment projects.Scientific and effective evaluation of project management performance appraisal can not only help managers timely and accurately find out the problems in the project,but also analyze the causes of the problems and put forwardrelevant improvement measures,and then improve the management efficiency and overall benefit of the project.The purpose of this study is to build a set of performance evaluation system for the main stream embankment project of the Songhua River,provide a reference for the decision of the project entity,so as to improve the performance evaluation level and the overall benefit of the project. |
