Research On Relationship Governance Of Industrial Generic Technology R&D Platform

With the development of science and technology,the globalization and integration of economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,especially the industry based on technology,there is exquisite technical support behind any excellent product.At present,each industry is most concerned about the research and development of industrial common technology.Industrial common technology is the foundation of technological innovation,the key to leading industrial development and the source of competitiveness of major enterprises.However,because the research and development of industrial common technology is very difficult and can not support R&D projects.Because of the complexity of the platform,the relationship governance of the platform is an important research topic.The relationship governance of the platform is to adopt an effective governance mechanism to ensure the active and continuous operation between organizations,which is conducive to promoting the progress of industrial common technology research and development,and to ensure the good environment of industrial common technology research and development platform.This paper combs the relevant theoretical knowledge of industry common technology,gives the definition of industry common technology research and development platform standard,and collates the nature and characteristics of the platform,leads to the reasons of the research platform relationship governance,and paves the way for the following.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the mechanism of the platform's relationship governance through three different governance dimensions,explores the role of different influencing factors on the platform's relationship governance,and constructs the platform relationship governance model.Finally,the relationship governance system of electric vehicle industry is analyzed,and the theoretical research and model are verified.
