With the accelerated process of urbanization,the number of urban and infrastructural construction will be more and more,and the project management will change from the traditional extensive to the fine management.In the course of project construction management,the problems of quality unqualified?progress delay?cost out of control and frequent accidents have seriously affected the project participants.How to strengthen the management of construction projects has become the focus of current theoretical and practical research.In this paper,the Donghu Bay project is taken as the research object.First of all,this paper expounds the management content?the management characteristics and the key points that need to be grasped in the process of project construction,such as project quality,schedule,cost and safety management methods.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation and characteristics of the project,analyzes the problems existing in the quality management?schedule control?safety management and cost management in the management process,and analyzes the project management in the existence of the causes of the problem in-depth analysis.The quality evaluation system of project was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and its quality grade was evaluated.The progress plan of project was analyzed by Earned Value Analysis and the delay of construction period was predicted.According to the results of evaluation and analysis,the corresponding quality improvement scheme and schedule guarantee measures are given.Finally,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies and concrete improvement measures to solve the problems in the cost management andsafety management of project,so as to improve the cost management and ensure the safety of project.The improvement measures proposed in this paper can realize the effective management of project and provide theoretical guidance for the management of similar projects,and have certain application value.
