In this paper,the largest general aviation w-navigable group in the autonomous region is selected as the research object.Starting from strategy,strategic management and development strategy,w-navigable group is analyzed with the help of PEST model,Porter Five Forces Model and SWOT model,and the potential problems in its development strategy are summarized.Based on this,this paper puts forward the corresponding development strategy choice for Inner Mongolia w-navigable group,which can enter into the modern enterprise management mode when the emerging industry of general aviation starts,etc.,in order to contribute to the future development of navigable enterprises in our region.In general,the article consists of seven parts.The first part introduces the background,significance and research methods of the topic,and summarizes the current theories at home and abroad to ensure that the selection and implementation of the strategy can learn from the previous experience.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Understand the essence and differences of strategy,development strategy,strategic management and development strategy.The third part is the overview and current strategic analysis of w-navigable group.From the brief introduction,business objectives,organizational framework and human resources of w-navigable group,this paper understands the general situation of w-navigable group,and expounds the current situation and existing problems of its development strategy.The fourth part is the internal and external environment analysis of w-navigable group,using the macro environment PEST analysis and Porter five forces analysis.The fifth part is the development strategy choice of w-navigable group.On the basis of field investigation,the author proposes four strategic choice principles,four strategic goal layout and five diversified development strategies implementation,starting with SWOT analysis,the principle,goal and path of strategic choice.The sixth part is the implementation guarantee of development strategy of w-navigable group.In the process of enterprise development,the formulation of the path is only the initial stage,and the completion of the path implementation still needs to give the guarantee of the combination of internal and external enterprises.The author gives full guarantee to the choice of development strategy path from four dimensions: clear market positioning,optimization of the company's business process,ensuring the guarantee of navigable talents,and strengthening the internal mechanism of the group.At the same time,the development of the enterprise also needs to help the rise of regional general aviation industry.The seventh part summarizes the research of this paper and expects the development of navigation in the future.With the continuous development of social economy,the general aviation industry,as the key to low-altitude travel and low-altitude aviation industry in the future,will continue to improve in the competition in the future,and will continue to grow in the country's strength and the people's strength.Therefore,the early layout of w-navigable group is bound to add wings to the development of enterprises,and as a leading enterprise in the region,it will also provide reference for the development of other navigable enterprises.
