Based on the concept of flexible welfare,this paper studies and discusses the current welfare status of HJ manufacturing company.In the context of the new era,the process of economic globalization is constantly developing,information technology is continuously developing,and the focus of competition between enterprises has changed significantly.Talents have become more and more important as the basis for enterprise development.Flexible welfare is also called self-service welfare.Different from the traditional welfare system,flexible welfare system pays more attention to employees'self-development needs,that is,it is more flexible.The expansion and implementation of a flexible social protection system in China is inevitable and will be of considerable importance for the long-term development of enterprises.First,this article describes the background and importance of the research,the research methods and the quantitative analysis tools used,as well as the structural framework of the paper.Secondly,on the basis of relevant literature,this paper defines relevant concepts,describes the concepts of welfare and elastic welfare,and analyzes relevant theories such as theoretical basis,domestic and foreign research overview,advantages,disadvantages and types of elastic welfare.Finally,the comprehensive utilization of literature research,questionnaire investigation and measurement tools SPSS22.0 to HJ company,analyzing the present situation and problems of the current welfare to elastic welfare after the necessity and feasibility of the scheme design are analyzed,and then puts forward the HJ company elastic welfare scheme design,mainly including elastic welfare scheme design goals and principles,the determination of elastic benefits plan project,the elastic welfare accounts and integral design,elastic benefits plan implementation safeguard measures.Taking HJ company as the research object,this paper puts forward the design of flexible welfare plan.Based on the survey results,it makes important adjustments in education,training,medical care and other aspects,and allows employees to package and choose welfare projects according to their actual conditions.strengthening the incentive effect of welfare.The HJ case study shows that designing a flexible social protection system can further motivate employees.This paper takes HJ companies as case studies and seeks to further explore the direction and objectives of designing flexible social protection schemes for small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the market.
