Study On The Method Of Controlling The DSR In The Flexible Assembly Process Of Mechanical Products

With the economic globalization and the continuous development of market diversification, flexible assembly manufacturing enterprises often outsource some of the relevant parts to others to improve the market competitiveness. To make full use the supplier resource, optimizing the dynamic supply ratio is needed to reduce the comprehensive economic cost of purchasing components and parts.Firstly, the key problems of flexible assembly manufacturing enterprises dynamic supply ratio are analyzed. It provides the theoretical foundation for the determination of the indices and the establishment of the models for the evaluation and dynamic supply ratio of the suppliers. Secondly, a supplier evaluation index system is established including product quality, cost capacity, delivery capacity, production capacity and market strain capacity. And the fuzzy matter-element model is adopted to realize ranking the suppliers by the order of excellence on the basis of determining the weight coefficient combined AHP and entropy method. And then on this basis, the evaluation indices such as the quality cost and risk cost is introduced. These indices are combined with the optimization indices of traditional delivery ratio beforehand. And a model of optimizing the dynamic delivery ratio is constructed by analyzing the affecting factors of each optimization index. It is based on comprehensive economic indices (quality cost, transaction cost and risk cost) dynamic supply ratio. This model provides the basis for the enterprises to make scientific decision of dynamic supply ratio. Lastly, a supplier management system for a flexible assembly manufacturing enterprise is developed to dynamically control the suppliers’delivery ratio beforehand concurrently and afterwards. And it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory and method mentioned above.
