Through scientific management,enterprises constantly improve their overall competitiveness,and gain a foothold in the market and develop strongly.This is the wish of every business operator.Efficient human resource management is one of the parts to achieve scientific management of the enterprise.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees of the company,save the operating costs of the enterprise,create better benefits for the enterprise,and form a complete set of incentive mechanisms to achieve high efficiency.Effective methods of human resource management.This article takes Qihui Stone Co.,Ltd.'s production line staff incentive mechanism as the research object.The company is a comprehensive stone service provider,a small and medium-sized private stone processing enterprise,and provides customers with unique and high-quality stone home improvement services.The company has formed the business from stone mining,stone processing,sales of stone home improvement materials,and design and installation of stone homes.The company's business volume continues to increase,but the company has not formed a more standardized production line employee incentive mechanism,and some production line employees have experienced performance declines such as low work enthusiasm,lack of enthusiasm,and reduced responsibility.In order to manage the company's production line employees well,the company needs to improve the production line employee incentive mechanism.In this article,we interviewed the boss of the company and the director of the production plant to collect information and survey questionnaires to comprehensively understand the incentive mechanism of production line employees and propose ways to improve the incentive mechanism.First of all,combined with the theory of incentives,the company fully understands the basic situation of Qihui's current production line employees and the implementation of the current incentive mechanism.Then,design and issue a questionnaire,collect data on the implementation of the incentive mechanism of Qihui's production line employees,find out a series of possible influencing factors that are currently not highly motivated by production line employees,and analyze the key factors that can be improved.Finally,according to the optimization principle of the incentive mechanism,in accordance with the problems of the incentive mechanism,constructive and perfect measures and methods to ensure implementation are proposed.By promoting a new incentive mechanism in the company,it is possible to more effectively improve the current situation of passive production workers,to more standardize the incentives for production line employees,to effectively stimulate the potential of production line employees,and to create a better company atmosphere.
