The Impact Path Of Green Supply Chain Management On Social Performanc

Practicing green and low-carbon development is an important development goal that China will adhere to for a long time in the future.Green supply chain management integrates the concept of green energy conservation into supply chain management.It is an important strategy for circular economy to realize reduction,reuse and recycling at the enterprise level.It is an effective way to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment and realize sustainable development.On the basis of combing the relevant literature of green supply chain management at home and abroad,this paper uses the case study method and selects Great Wall Motor as the case study object to discuss“How Great Wall Motor successfully constructs the green supply chain management system,how the construction of green supply chain management affects social performance,and what is its influence mechanism and path”.The research results show that Great Wall Motors mainly focuses on the construction of five links: green design;D,green procurement,green production,green sales and recycling,so as to build a green supply chain management system in line with the characteristics of great wall.Among them,green design and R ?D links are mainly built from three aspects: R ?D of green low-carbon technology,R ?D of green low-carbon products and design of green air quality system;The green procurement link is mainly constructed from two aspects: purchasing green materials and selecting green suppliers;Green production links are mainly constructed from three aspects: green process production,green cleaner production and green intelligent production;The green sales link is mainly constructed from two aspects: green product marketing and green logistics transportation;The recycling link is mainly constructed from three aspects: the integration of recycling concept into design scheme,the integration of digital technology into recycling system,and the connection of battery traceability platform with national standards;Great Wall Motors implements green supply chain management,which comprehensively improves the social performance related to six stakeholders:shareholders,enterprise employees,environment,consumers,suppliers and government,and finally constructs the specific impact path of enterprise green supply chain management on social performance.The research conclusion provides a reference for other enterprises in the automobile industry to carry out the construction of green supply chain,which is conducive to building a clean,efficient,low-carbon and circular highquality green automobile industry manufacturing system,and promoting the automobile industry to move towards the road of high-quality development.
