Since the 20 th century, with the acceleration of the process of globalization, enterprises in various countries have been developing rapidly.Due to the unilateral pursuit of high economic profits, enterprises ignore the environmental benefits and social benefits in the production process, bringing great harm to the human society and the natural environment. In order to achieve comprehensive sustainability, governments urge enterprises to implement green supply chain management to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction by formulating laws and regulations and incentive and punishment policies, while relevant stakeholders require enterprises to assume corresponding social responsibilities and pay attention to consumers’ interests by changing their consumption behaviors. Therefore, the research on green supply chain and corporate social responsibility has become the common focus of enterprise managers and scholars. This thesis focuses on the green supply chain bearing corporate social responsibility, and discusses the decision-making,profit changes and contract coordination of each member in the supply chain when the manufacturer considers both environmental and social benefits in the production process under the government green subsidy policy by using the method of mathematical modeling and numerical example analysis. This paper firstly constructs a two-level green supply chain model composed of manufacturers and retailers, and explores the influence of CSR commitment degree, green cost coefficient and government green subsidy coefficient on the decision-making and profit of supply chain members under the centralized mode and decentralized mode under the power structure of two different channels.Secondly, the cost sharing and benefit sharing contracts are introduced to explore the coordination parameters and conditions under different dominant supply chain models, and analyze and compare the coordination process and effect of different contracts. The research found that: under different power structure of channels, the increase of manufacturers’ social responsibility will lead to the decrease of retail price and the increase of green level and product sales. When the green subsidy coefficient of the government meets certain conditions, the decrease of green cost coefficient will lead to the simultaneous increase of retail price, green level and sales. In the retailer-led supply chain, the reduction of the green cost coefficient and the increase of the green subsidy coefficient of the government do not always increase the economic profit of the manufacturer undertaking the corporate social responsibility.Due to the existence of double marginal effect, the overall profit of the green supply chain system in the decentralized mode is lower than that in the centralized mode. Both cost-sharing and benefit-sharing contracts can coordinate the green supply chain under different power structure by setting reasonable contract parameters and combining with payment transfer mechanism. This thesis explored the effect of corporate social responsibility behavior and green manufacturing behavior on each optimal equilibrium strategy under different channel power structure, and revealed the coordinating effect of cost-sharing and benefit-sharing contracts on the green supply chain under the power structure of different channels, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for green manufacturing enterprises in different market structures to make decisions such as optimal price and green level and to choose appropriate contracts to realize the integration of economic, environmental and social goals when undertaking their social responsibilities.
