Research On The Influence Of Green Supply Chain Management On Sustainable Performance Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems and the depletion of the earth’s resources,people are paying more and more attention to sustainable development.As an important source of energy consumption and environmental pollution,manufacturing companies are under various pressures from the government,society,customers and other stakeholders.To alleviate these pressures and resolve environmental issues,manufacturing companies must achieve sustainable development and green transformation.The implementation of green supply chain management practices has brought effective solutions to this problem.With green innovation,its role has become increasingly prominent.More and more companies are starting to establish green supply chains,and the government has increased its support.It can be seen that exploring the role of green supply chain management,green innovation and social control is of great significance for improving the sustainable performance of enterprises.Based on resource-based theory,natural resource-based theory and sustainable development theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model and proposes hypotheses.Based on a survey of manufacturing companies in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,a questionnaire survey was used to conduct an empirical study on the impact of green supply chain management practices on corporate sustainable development performance,and explore the mediating role of green innovation and the adjustment of social control effect..The research results show that green supply chain management has a significant positive impact on sustainable performance.Among them,the internal green management of the company has a positive impact on environmental,economic and social performance,while external green cooperation has only a significant positive impact on environmental performance.Has no significant impact on economic and social performance;green supply chain management promotes green innovation,and green innovation has a significant positive impact on sustainable performance;green innovation plays an intermediary role between green supply chain management and sustainable performance;control can be positive Regulate the relationship between green supply chain management and sustainable performance.The research results not only enrich and supplement the existing research results,but also provide effective suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to achieve sustainable development,and provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of green supply chain management.
