With the rapid development of the economy,a series of problems caused by environmental pollution, such as the greenhouse effect and the destruction of the ozone layer, have caused widespread concern around the world. With the increase of the construction of ecological civilization and the proposal of green development strategies, the traditional supply chain with production and consumption as its main activities has gradually begun to transform into a green supply chain with higher environmental benefits.Because the decision-making behavior of green supply chain enterprises will affect the economic and environmental benefits of green supply chains to a large extent, research on green supply chain decision-making has been given widespread attention. When a green supply chain company makes decisions in its main activities, its decision-making results are usually affected by a variety of factors, which lead to more cumbersome decision-making.On the one hand,as an internal factor, consumers as a target group of green products, their green awareness will indirectly affect manufacturers’ decision-making results in green technology innovation activities and retailer product promotion by affecting product demand. On the other hand,as an external factor, the intervention of government policies will also allow manufacturers and retailers to flexibly adjust their decisions, and different government policies will have different effects.Based on the complexity of the above issues, this article discusses the optimal decisions of manufacturers and retailers in the green supply chain with three government subsidy policies as the background in order to provide theoretical references for decision-making of real enterprises in green supply chains and formulation of government subsidy strategy.Firstly, this paper sorts out the current research status after reading the relevant literature.Based on this, the concepts of green supply chain, characteristics, main corporate behavior, and product greenness are clarified. At the same time, from the research results of scholars, the concept, characteristics and influencing factors of green technological innovation are clarified. Also, this paper introduces the target and mechanism of different types of government subsidies, and interprets the method and theory of Stackelberg game.Secondly, the main decision-making behavior and the meanings of the main parameters in the green supply chain are explained, and the theoretical model is constructed based on the main research hypotheses.Third,in the three cases including green technology innovation subsidy, product greenness subsidy and retailer propaganda subsidy, the manufacturer’s profit function and retailer’s profit function in the secondary green supply chain are determined respectively. The optimal decisions of the manufacturer and retailer are solved when their own profits are maximized respectively, and this paper analyzes the decision results(optimal wholesale price, optimal sales price, optimal green technology innovation effort level, optimal green promotion effort level). Then,Matlab 2019 a is used to perform numerical simulation analysis on the basis of decision-making model.Under the premise that the subsidies in the three subsidy strategies are equal, the paper analyzes and verifies how changes in the subsidy coefficient and consumers’ green consciousness influence optimal decision and optimal profit of the main enterprises in the green supply chain.Apart from that, the comparison of the optimal decisions of enterprises under different government subsidies is made and corresponding conclusions are given. Finally, the main research conclusions are summarized, and in combination with the research content of this article, countermeasures and suggestions are given from different perspectives for business activities.
