With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's consumption demand for forest and fruit products is increasing day by day,and the consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes.However,problems such as inefficient operation of the supply chain of forest and fruit products,environmental pollution and resource loss emerge in endlessly.The research on the green supply chain of forest and fruit products meets the requirements of ecological construction,adapts to the needs of enterprises for improving quality and efficiency,transformation and upgrading,and also meets the needs of consumers for green and environmental protection of forest and fruit products.Based on the guiding ideology of "energy conservation,environmental protection and green development",in order to solve the problems of inefficient operation,environmental pollution and resource loss in the traditional supply chain of Hunan forest and fruit products,this paper constructs the operation mode of Hunan forest and fruit products green supply chain,establishes the performance evaluation index system of Hunan forest and fruit products green supply chain,and understands the advantages and disadvantages of its supply chain operation Provide scientific basis for improving the overall operation performance of Hunan forestry and fruit product supply chain.Based on the research theories of supply chain management,green supply chain and performance evaluation of supply chain,this paper takes green supply chain as the starting point,first of all,with reference to the reference model of supply chain operation,on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of development and traditional supply chain of Hunan's forest and fruit products,constructs the operation mode framework of green supply chain of Hunan's forest and fruit products,so as to supply green products The operation mode of response chain is divided into three levels:plan level,operation level and support level.Then,combined with relevant literature and experts' suggestions,combined with the various elements of the operation mode of green supply chain,6 first level indexes and 24 second level indexes are selected to establish the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain of Hunan forest and fruit products,and AHP fuzzy comprehensive method is used As a performance evaluation method,the evaluation method determines the index weight and comprehensive evaluation analysis respectively.Finally,taking the citrus industry in Xupu County as a case,the paper analyzes the performance level of the green supply chain of the citrus industry in this area,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures based on the evaluation results.The results show that:(1)the operation mode of green supply chain of Hunan forest and fruit products can effectively improve the sustainability and performance level of Hunan forest and fruit industry;(2)the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain of Hunan forest and fruit products covers all aspects of the green supply chain,which can truly reflect the performance level;(3)the green supply of citrus industry in Xupu County The performance evaluation of the chain is at a good level,which effectively verifies the practicability of the green supply chain performance evaluation index system,and enriches the theory of green supply chain and performance evaluation.Enterprises and the government can formulate relevant measures according to the green supply chain operation mode and index scores,promote the construction and performance evaluation of the green supply chain operation mode,effectively accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Hunan forest and fruit industry,and promote the sound and rapid development of Hunan forest and fruit industry.
