Research On The Environmental Cost Management From The Perspective Of Green Supply Chain

With the rapid development of economy,environment and resources has become important factors in the development of enterprises.Regulated by stricter environmental laws,both environmental risks and environmental cost in enterprises are increasing.The traditional way of environmental cost management is usually based on the end-treatment pattern and it only focuses on the post control.In this way,the whole process is ignored,and therefore pollution prevention and intermedia processing control do not work.Considering,it is against sustainable development that environmental cost is out of control.Green supply chain is a new way for environmental cost management in the whole process.Environmental cost management based on the green supply chain helps to clearly identify environmental cost in all parts in the supply chain and leads enterprises to conduct environmental cost management from an all-round and long-term perspective in order to maximize economic profits and environmental performance.Therefore,this paper attempts to break the one sidedness and isolation of traditional environmental cost management methods,and study how to effectively manage the environmental cost of enterprises based on the green supply chain,so as to enrich the theory and practice of environmental cost management.The green supply chain will be used to link the upstream and downstream of the supply chain with all links of purchase,ogistics,production and marketing to form a complete environmental cost management.First of all,this paper expounds the theory of environmental cost management based on green supply chain by sorting out the relevant domestic and foreign literature of environmental cost management and green supply chain management.Analysis on the environmental cost management will be made from the overall composition of the green supply chain.During the purchase,logistics,production and marketing activities,the green purchase,green logistics,green manufacturing and green marketing of products are implemented respectively,which effectively reduces the environmental cost of the green supply chain.The results of environmental cost management including the obvious reduction of pollutant discharge,no environmental penalty in recent years,as well as gaining environmental-protection awards and relevant compensation.ANLI company has realized the economic and environmental protection benefits and become a model in industry.ANLI company's practical experience of environmental cost management based on green supply chain provides important reference for other enterprises.
