BT Company is a chemical enterprise with coal as raw material and polyolefin as its main product.Due to the maturity of coal chemical production technology,China's coal resources are abundant,the market demand is large,the products are widely used,and there is no absolute threshold for preparation technology,the domestic polyolefin production capacity has expanded rapidly in recent years.Under the pressure of fierce competition,lack of advantage in production cost and development of new technologies,the operation and development of BT Coal Chemical Company have been greatly challenged.Therefore,BT Company needs to adjust its strategy,and salary is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.The main object of this paper is the salary system in the process of human resource management of BT Company.By optimizing the salary system of BT Company,the salary system can promote the smooth adjustment of enterprise strategy,so that enterprises can better meet the challenges of the market.Under this background,this paper studies and diagnoses the compensation system of BT Company.The research idea of this paper is to find out the existing problems and deficiencies of BT company's compensation system by introducing the general situation of BT company's business development and the current situation of human resources,using questionnaires,interviews and analysis of relevant data,and further analyze the causes of BT company's compensation system problems.On this basis,it mainly formulates measures to optimize the existing compensation system from three aspects:compensation level,compensation structure and compensation combination.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation system optimization,while the compensation system optimization scheme is determined,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the compensation system optimization scheme are formulated.
