With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,talent competition has become increasingly fierce,and talent has become a key force in enterprise development.How to attract talents2retain talents and motivate talents has become the core issue of enterprise human resource management and compensation management.ZJ Co,mpany is a state-holding listed enterprise with it main business focuses on the international operation of nonferrous metals business,such as business management of nonferrous metals lead,zinc and copper.With the nation's increasingly stringent requirements on environment protection,as well as deepening and continuous implement of supply-side structural reform,a new need for stronger reform of state-holding enterprises has emerged.The government has begun its process of stepping up to regulate and monitor the compensation management of state-holding enterprise in a much stricter way than ever before.Therefore,to properly adjust to such new circumstances,there is an urgent need for ZJ Company to adjust its industrial structure and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the company.As a response,a large amount of high-quality and professional talents are in urgent call to suit the new demand,providing a strong power to push and motivate the continuous and sustainable development for the company in the following several decades.Taking the importance of human resource for the company's long-term development into consideration,it's a significant and emergent task for the co,mpany to optimize its compensation management system so as to attract more desirable high-quality talents to join and retain a higher proportion of top staff in itself.This research takes the theoretical basis of modern compensation management,monitoring requirement from government,marketing environment and the requirement for listed company into consideration.Through interviews and literature review,this research has deeply analyzed the ZJ Company's compensation management problems and the reasons.To stimulate employee creativity as the guidance,this research optimizes the existing compensation management system by establishing the post classification,model,post value evaluation model and classification and evaluation model of the secondary enterprises.The innovation of this research lies in that the positions of ZJ company are divided into three categories according to administrative,professional and operative positions,and the"base salary(broadband salary)+innovation-oriented incentive salary" scheme is designed respectively,so as to effectively solve the problems faced by ZJ company.
