On our road to socialism with Chinese characteristics,the importance of human resources management has become even more prominent under the increasingly fierce market competition.However,compensation management is the most important part of human resource management.A scientific and effective salary system can promote staffs production efficiency and actively serve enterprises.It can also attract and retain senior talents and accumulate long-term human resources for the company.If a set of effective salary system is not established,it will result in the inefficient production of enterprises and the loss of excellent talents.Because of the vital position of compensation management and the need of enterprise development,we are required to optimize our compensation management system with the development of the times.This paper takes D company's compensation system of local employees in E country as the research object,analyzes the system and discovers the problems,and then optimizes its design.First of all,the paper briefly describes and reviews the development of the theory of compensation management.Also,it enumerates the relatively popular domestic and foreign views on salary theory.It builds a theoretical foundation for the design of D company's compensation system for local employees in E country.On the basis of these study,the author collects the relevant materials about D company's compensation management system,learns the operating experience,organizational structure.Aiming at the existing salary problem,a comprehensive statistical study is carried out.All kinds of materials are sorted out in detail,the problems reflected are investigated and studied in depth,and the cause of problem is addressed from a deeper level.Above all,the research object and principle of salary system design are clarified with the basic knowledge.In the body of the paper,the work position is identified and evaluated.On this base,the hierarchical salary system structure is formed and the measures are put forward for the implementation of the compensation system.After studying the practice of kinds of compensation system theories,this paper redesign the compensation system by perfecting and optimizing the system of D Company in E country,so that local senior staff will stay and have strong sense of belonging in the company.At the same time,it can stimulate the enthusiasm of people in production and improve production efficiency.At the end,to promote the stable development of enterprises in the current oilindustry environment,this paper suggests to improve and build the company's rules and regulations constantly and to further expand their influence within the oil industry in E country.
