Form Design Of Commercial Waste Food Processor

With the rapid development of the catering industry in major cities in China,the annual output of waste food in China is gradually increasing.The huge amount of waste food waste caused by the "garbage siege" in our country.The environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by waste food waste are urgent.At present,the country has begun to attach importance to the harmlessness,reduction and reduction of food waste,Resource processing.Domestic scholars and technical researchers from all walks of life have been continuously promoting the research and application of food and kitchen waste treatment technology.However,most of these studies are the study of domestic kitchen waste treatment and the overall urban kitchen waste treatment system.There is little research on food waste disposal.Based on this background,this paper takes the commercial catering industry and school enterprises and institutions as the premise of the product use environment,takes the waste food garbage disposal under this environment as the research object,through the analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign research status related to the product,combined with the user demand research,and the application of morphological aesthetics,carries out the optimization and innovation of the form of the commercial waste food disposal Plan.By analyzing the market prospect,technology development level,application environment and design status of commercial waste food processor,this paper studies the common product structure and treatment mode of commercial waste food processor,discusses the optimization scheme of product form and other elements,and clarifies the design direction of commercial waste food processor.Based on the theory of product form design,this paper discusses the form feature elements of commercial waste food processor,and puts forward the design method for the form of commercial waste food processor through four aspects: appearance form analysis,color analysis,material analysis,interactive interface analysis.In this paper,through the combination of theoretical research and design practice,according to the form design method of commercial waste food processor,the construction of user demand model,element extraction,scheme design and product modeling are completed.Finally,a number of examples of commercial waste food processor are designed to verify the feasibility of form design theory in the appearance design of commercial waste food processor.First of all,through competitive product analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the products are summarized.Then,the overall design direction and style of the processor are defined through the functional structure framework and user demand model.Finally,the design methods such as element extraction,conceptual design,scheme deepening,product modeling and effect drawing making are used for example verification,and the physical framework of the product is built for verification and observation,so as to gradually improve the rationality of the processor form,the comfort of functional area setting and the coordination of local characteristics and the proportion of the whole machine,and complete the actual product production.In this paper,morphological aesthetics is integrated into the process of morphological design of commercial waste food processor,which is a beneficial attempt to apply the theory to practice,and also enriches the research of morphological design of commercial waste food processor.
