Urban Family Food Waste Disposer Design Research And Practice

Along with economic development,social progress,people's living standards improve gradually.Urban rapid development followed by junk siege problem.The garbage is misplaced resources.After a reasonable classification and recycling,city life garbage can get a second life.Food waste is special;it does with ordinary household garbage will bring huge burden to the urban garbage treatment system,also easy to pollute the environment.People as long as change the old views on junk,you will find dealing with food waste has convenient processing method of environmental protection,is to use the food waste disposer.Domestic food waste disposer penetration in China is far behind other developed countries.In this paper,through literature survey method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,to study the analysis of food waste disposer application in our country.According to the survey,guided by the emotional design and low carbon design,from the perspective of user demand for kitchen waste processor and redesign the product.To find the domestic food waste disposer the cause of the low penetration in our country,and designed an accord with the actual needs of China's national conditions and meet the user's domestic food waste disposer.This paper is divided into six chapter,The first section of this topic summarized about the present situation of domestic and foreign relevant,as well as the research contents and research methods to this topic.The second section is about food waste treatment status at home and abroad to do basic investigation and analysis of the development trend of food waste treatment in China,and the domestic food waste disposer a probe into the domestic market,foreign brand ISE food waste disposer does understand in detail.The third chapter is the guiding theory,design and guides the thinking about the design of the kitchen waste processor.The fourth chapter through the questionnaire investigation and interview method to understand the needs of the domestic users,and do research for project design practice,and the use of the environment and demand were analyzed,and then make design positioning.The fifth chapter according to the above analysis put forward the design scheme of kitchen waste processor and make plan analysis.The sixth chapter to this topic research summing-up,remains to be further research questions,and for the future development prospect.
