With the development of Rock Climbing,it will become a permanent event of the Olympic Games,and Rock Climbing has gradually entered the public’s field of vision.Rock climbing clubs have been established in many places,and even countries are vigorously promoting Rock Climbing into campuses.Although Rock Climbing has developed rapidly in terms of venues,but the training system is not as complete as other projects in China,so there is still a big gap between the training methods and Japan,Slovenia and other countries.The physical training system of track and field middle-distance running has been very mature in my country,and has sent a large number of excellent middle-distance runners to the country.Top-rope or Lead Climbing is the most widely used and best-developed rock climbing project.Consult relevant materials,my own Lead Climbing training experience,and refer to the training methods of the middle and long-distance running category of track and field projects.The limited training system for difficult Lead Climbing will be used.Or the method is applied to the Lead Climbing training,and the useful and limited conclusions obtained from the experimental training are applied to the subsequent Lead Climbing training,so that the training can be optimized and enriched.The gap with the competitive Rock Climbing achievements of Slovenia,Japan and other countries provides a new perspective for the development of Lead Climbing training in my country in the future.The main training method in this paper is to use the high-intensity interval training run in the endurance training system of the 3000-meter run to train the experimental group on the general endurance and cardiopulmonary function of Lead Climbing.Analyze the experimental results and draw valid conclusions.Through the eight-week experiment,the results show that: adding the track and field 3000-meter endurance training method to the Lead Climbing training can improve the general endurance quality required for Lead Climbing;the Lead Climbing training incorporating the 3000-meter high-intensity interval running training can improve climbing.It can improve the cardiopulmonary function of the climber,improve the oxygen uptake,oxygen delivery and oxygen consumption ability of the climber,thereby improving the endurance level of Lead Climbing and improving the performance of Lead Climbing;one of the effective ways to improve the level of Lead Climbing is to increase the body’s lactic acid.Metabolic ability,and the improvement of the body ’ s lactic acid metabolism ability can make the arm soreness recover more quickly,so as to continue climbing and improve the success rate of the summit;the duration and energy supply characteristics of the 3000-meter high-intensity interval training method are all related to the difficulty The characteristics of Rock Climbing are very similar,so endurance training using aerobic and anaerobic crossover can play a certain role in promoting endurance training in Lead Climbing in terms of aerobic endurance and cardiopulmonary function. |
