In recent years,high level sports teams have cultivated high level sports talents for all-round development in China,and play a very important role in completing the Olympic Games,world university games and other large sports games.In order to explore the practical training effect of HIIT training in college tennis team training,further elucidate the athletic performance of athletes in speed endurance after HIIT training.This paper reviews the origin and development of HIIT training through the method of literature data,and integrates the application of HIIT training in sports training in recent decades with the method of quantitative statistics.Then,through discussing with experts the HIIT training program suitable for college tennis team,an experimental study was conducted on 10 male tennis team athletes from Wuhan Physical Education University for six weeks.Relevant physiological parameters such as heart rate,blood lactate,anaerobic power,general speed endurance index and tennis-specific speed endurance index were measured before and after the experiment,and the relevant index data were statistically analyzed,and the results were as follows:(1)After the end of the experiment,the athletes in the control group showed enhanced heart adaptability to exercise load,increased blood lactic acid recovery level and anaerobic power level.In addition,in terms of general speed endurance and special speed endurance test indexes,the test results were slightly improved compared with those before the experiment.(2)After six weeks of HIIT training,the physiological function of the experimental group of students were tested,the anaerobic metabolic system energy supply capacity and aerobic work capacity were significantly enhanced,and the athletes can quickly adapt to the greater exercise load,physical recovery rate has been improved,thus contributing to the improvement of speed endurance quality.At the same time,the test results of general speed endurance index and special speed endurance index also improved significantly.(3)After the experiment,the physical functions of the athletes in the two groups were improved to varying degrees,but the physiological test indexes did not show significant differences.The performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of jump roping and fan running.Therefore,it shows that HIIT training and traditional repetitive training,has a promoting effect on the body function,and the final performance in the speed endurance quality improvement of HIIT training effect is slightly better than the conventional repetitive training means.Through the above experimental results,it is concluded that for the college tennis team,the introduction of HIIT training method in the training of college tennis team,as a training means of speed endurance,can effectively improve the level of speed endurance of male high-level tennis players in colleges and universities,enrich the training means of speed endurance of college tennis team,and has an important role in the improvement of athletic performance.
