The hybrid teaching method,which integrates the advantages of online and offline teaching,is a teaching method with students as the main body and educators as the leading role under the guidance of educators by using rich online teaching resources.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the mixed teaching method is always in the first place in the whole teaching process.While improving the teaching effect,it is more important to improve students’ interest in learning.In recent years,the mixed teaching method based on various teaching platforms has been applied to various disciplines,but there is little research on tennis curriculum.Based on the hybrid teaching method of superstar learning,this paper studies the tennis elective course in physical education colleges,which is a new attempt and provides some reference value for future tennis course researchers.This paper focuses on the experimental method,supplemented by the interview method,data method,investigation method and statistical method,and carries out the experimental research on the mixed teaching method of tennis course.In the process of teaching experiment,the students of two classes of 2020 sports economics major of leisure sports and Management College of Guangzhou Institute of physical education were taken as the experimental objects.The two classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group used the traditional offline teaching method for teaching experiment,and the experimental group used the mixed teaching method for teaching experiment.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the basic tennis skills and physical fitness test.The teaching place and equipment,teaching content,teaching time,experiment duration and other influencing factors shall be consistent.After the 32 class hour teaching experiment,the final assessment results of the two groups of experiments shall be compared and analyzed,and the following research results are obtained:(1)Both traditional teaching method and mixed teaching method are effective in improving students’ forehand stroke "depth" and "accuracy" test scores,but mixed teaching method is more effective.(2)In the backhand "depth" test,both traditional teaching method and mixed teaching method are effective in improving test scores,and the two teaching methods have the same effect;In the backhand "accuracy" test,both the traditional teaching method and the mixed teaching method are effective in improving test scores,but the mixed teaching method is more effective.(3)The mixed teaching method is more standardized and coordinated than the traditional teaching method,which shows that the mixed teaching method is more conducive to improve the learning effect of students.(4)The students of mixed teaching method are more interested in learning in class than those of traditional teaching method,which reveals that using mixed teaching method can improve students’ interest in learning various tennis techniques and is more suitable for students’ learning;The students of mixed teaching method are more satisfied with the classroom learning effect.
