With the rapid development of information technology,big data,cloud computing,digital teaching and so on have penetrated into all walks of life.China ’s education reform has gradually developed in the direction of education informatization and education modernization.More and more schools tend to use online open platform to supervise and manage students ’ learning.Affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic in 2019,many students were difficult to resume their studies,and offline teaching methods were difficult to meet the teaching needs during the epidemic.Online + offline blended teaching has become a hot spot and trend of teaching reform.Blended teaching is a new teaching method to realize the organic combination of online teaching and offline guidance.It is a teaching method to promote the deep integration of information technology and education teaching.Higher vocational colleges pay attention to the cultivation of students ’ professional quality and applied technical ability,attach importance to practical students ’autonomous learning and practical ability,and strive to enable students to obtain employment skills and entrepreneurial skills through learning.The introduction of ’online and offline hybrid teaching ’ in higher vocational public volleyball class can give full play to the dual advantages of online teaching and offline teaching,which plays an important role in improving the teaching quality and teaching methods in higher vocational colleges.This paper combines volleyball online open course to carry out online and offline mixed teaching experiment,using questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,randomly selected four classes of Guangdong Polytechnic College of Engineering as experimental subjects,for a period of 16 weeks(32 hours)of teaching experiment.Among them,Class(1)and Class(2)of Engineering College are experimental classes,and Class(3)and Class(4)are control classes.Experiments are carried out from the aspects of students ’ physical quality,body shape,four basic skills and three psychological indicators.Among them,the experimental class adopts online and offline mixed teaching,while the control class adopts traditional offline teaching.The teaching effect of online and offline mixed teaching in higher vocational public volleyball class is verified by experiments.The following results and conclusions are obtained through research :Results :(1)Before the experiment,the experimental class and the control class students ’ body shape,physical quality,padding,passing technology and three psychological indicators P > 0.05.(2)Before and after the experiment,the experimental class and the control class students pad the ball,pass technology and three psychological indicators P0.05.Four basic techniques and three psychological indicators P < 0.01.Conclusion :(1)Volleyball online open course has the functions of online check-in,chapter learning,resource sharing,uploading homework and data analysis.It has certain timeliness to apply online and offline mixed teaching in higher vocational public volleyball class.It can effectively play the advantages of online learning supervision and offline teaching guidance,enrich volleyball teaching methods,and promote the improvement of teaching quality of higher vocational public volleyball class.(2)Online and offline blended teaching through high-quality teaching resources to carry out teaching,guide students ’ autonomous learning and cooperative learning,help to improve students ’ learning enthusiasm,after the experiment,the two classes of students ’ learning interest,motivation and attitude have very significant differences.Because the teaching experiment time is only one semester,there is no significant difference in physical quality and body shape between the experimental class and the control class.(3)online and offline blended teaching provides diversified learning methods,pays attention to students ’ individual needs,and changes teachers ’ roles and functions,which fully reflects the teaching principle of student-centered and teacher-led.The scores of the four basic volleyball skills of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class,showing a very significant difference.(4)Online and offline mixed teaching combined with video,case,picture and other forms of teaching,which helps to improve the classroom atmosphere and learning efficiency.The overall satisfaction of students is high,and they are willing to continue to use online and offline mixed teaching for learning.
