Research On The Application Strategy Of Online And Offline Hybrid Physical Education In Nanjing Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract/Summary:
With the further reform and deepening of physical education teaching and the promotion of digital teaching,online and offline mixed teaching began to attract the attention of education circles.Especially in the early stage of the outbreak of the epidemic,the Ministry of Education put forward the requirement of "no suspension of classes",which made online teaching and online and offline mixed teaching develop rapidly in a short period of time.The emergence of "Internet + education" also provides technical support for blended teaching.In recent years,relevant documents have been issued by the state to create a new mode of talent training in line with The Times and to share high-quality educational resources.However,the selection of online and offline blended physical education content,teaching method arrangement and teaching effect evaluation are not perfect,which requires scholars to carry out further research and constantly improve,enhance and perfect.This paper takes the application of online and offline hybrid physical education in Nanjing higher vocational colleges as the research object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the application of hybrid physical education in Nanjing higher vocational colleges,summarizes the experience,finds out the problems and deficiencies,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the combination of online and offline teaching method is suitable for the teaching of physical exercise method,sports injury first aid prevention and other basic theoretical knowledge;(2)The combination of online and offline teaching should select appropriate sports items and integrate appropriate teaching content;(3)The management system and requirements for online and offline teaching have not been established,which needs to be improved;(4)Teachers’ application ability of information technology and integration ability of teaching resources are uneven and need to be enhanced;(5)Students’ learning enthusiasm and participation are not strong,and they cannot supervise students;(6)Teaching resources are not rich enough and not interesting enough,which need to be further explored and improved.In view of the relevant problems in the conclusion,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)Adopt precise policies: according to the characteristics of sports events,choose the teaching methods that match them;(2)Implement multiple measures at the same time,mainly reflected in improving the campus regional network configuration,pay attention to the development and construction of electronic resource library;(3)Strengthen the overall supervision,mainly reflected in the establishment of teaching management leading group,accelerate the implementation of teaching reform supervision mechanism;(4)To consolidate the basic innovation,mainly reflected in the emphasis on the integration of network teaching resources,double emphasis on teaching design evaluation plan;(5)Overall planning and promotion,mainly reflected in strengthening the learning and use of teaching platform,changing the inherent thinking and flexibly controlling the classroom;(6)Pay attention to education guidance,mainly reflected in the establishment of correct ideas and learning concepts,and constantly consolidate development into self-driving force;(7)Appropriate stimulation and encouragement,mainly reflected in setting rewards and punishments to stimulate learning motivation,clear learning objectives and establish reasonable planning.
