With the vigorous development of the information age,the integration and innovation of big data,cloud computing,information technology and education and teaching have gradually transformed China’s higher education towards the construction of digital education and teaching.The first mock exam is a combination of online and offline teaching.It integrates the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching,and makes teaching methods more modern.Applying it to aerobics teaching is a reflection of promoting the reform and innovation of physical education and keeping pace with the times.The purpose of this study is to explore the effective teaching methods applicable to the general aerobics course of physical education major,optimize the classroom teaching effect,cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and teaching ability,make them become compound talents with innovative ability and innovative spirit,and lay the foundation for becoming a high-level and high skilled normal educator in the new era in the future.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.Taking 50 students majoring in physical education of grade 2020 in Mudanjiang Normal University as the experimental objects,this study adopts online and offline mixed teaching and traditional teaching for 14 weeks.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Before and after the experiment,the comparison of physical quality between the experimental class and the control class shows that there are significant differences in flexibility,strength and balance between the experimental class and the control class,and there is no significant difference in speed quality.After the experiment,the comparison of physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class shows that there is no significant difference in physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class,and the online and offline hybrid teaching has no significant impact on the physical fitness of students majoring in physical education.2.After the experiment,by comparing the effect of Aerobics skill level between the experimental class and the control class,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the first grade of the third set of National Aerobics public exercise standard,and there are extremely significant differences in the second grade of the third set of National Aerobics public exercise standard,Online and offline mixed teaching has certain advantages in improving students’ Aerobics skills.3.When investigating the satisfaction of aerobics teaching,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in learning motivation,learning interest,learning attitude,cooperative ability,autonomous learning ability and teaching evaluation.Online and offline hybrid teaching plays a positive role in improving students’ learning motivation,learning interest,learning attitude,cooperative ability and autonomous learning ability.4.Through a semester of teaching experiment,it is found that it is feasible to apply online and offline hybrid teaching to Aerobics General Courses.
