Research Objective: This study takes the influence of group training on lower limb explosive power of long jump specialized college students as the research object,and compares the influence of traditional training on lower limb explosive power of long jump specialized college students.After the resistance training intervention of the subjects,the test results of 30 m running,standing long jump and CMJ longitudinal jump before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed,so as to provide the corresponding theoretical and empirical support for the application of cluster training to the special strength training of long jump.Research methods: In this study,literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study 16 long jump undergraduates from Shandong University of Physical Education(Rizhao Campus),all of whom had lower limb motor injuries within half a year.The subjects were proficient in squat and half squat strength training movements.Subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for 8 weeks of resistance training experimental intervention.The experimental group was trained by cluster training method,and the control group was trained by traditional training method.Training action using squat,half squat,two training action.Test indexes of 30 m running,standing long jump,CMJ vertical jump(without swing arm)were selected.The 30 m running performance,standing long jump performance,CMJ vertical jump height,time in the air,peak force,peak speed,peak power and other indexes were tested and recorded before and after the experiment.SPSS software was used to conduct independent sample t test and paired sample t test on the measured data.Get the results and analyze them.Experimental results: After 8 weeks of resistance training experimental intervention,the experimental group(cluster training)30 meter running performance,standing long jump performance,CMJ longitudinal jump index(flight height,flight time,peak force,peak speed,peak power)has significantly improved.The 30 m running performance was 4.49±0.43 before the experiment,4.31±0.53 after the experiment,the difference before and after the experiment was 0.18,P=0.013 < 0.05,there was a significant difference.Standing long jump performance(cm)before the experiment was248.25±27.62,after the experiment was 254.63±25.95,the difference before and after the experiment was 6.38,the performance improvement rate was 2.57%,P=0.002 < 0.05,there was a significant difference.The height(cm)of the experimental group was43.66±5.81 before the experiment and 45.05±6.37 after the experiment.The difference before and after the experiment was 1.39,and the lifting ratio was 3.18%,P=0.004 < 0.05.There was a significant difference before and after the experiment.The departure time was 0.60±0.04 before the experiment and 0.60±0.04 after the experiment.The difference before and after the experiment was 0.01,and the improvement rate was 1.67%,P=0.003< 0.05,indicating a significant difference.The peak force test results were1751.75±198.40 before the experiment,1781.63±203.18 after the experiment,the difference before and after the experiment was 29.88,the increase ratio was 1.71%,P=.0.016 < 0.05,there was a significant difference.The peak velocity was 2.71±0.28 before the experiment and 2.82±0.27 after the experiment.The difference before and after the experiment was 0.11,and the increase rate was 4.06%,P=0.000 < 0.05,showing a significant difference.The peak power before and after the experiment was3450.88±941.65,3623.63±1064.84,the difference before and after the experiment was172.75,the lifting ratio was 5.01%,P=0.037 < 0.05,there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of resistance training experiment intervention,the lifting effect of 30 m running,standing long jump and longitudinal CMJ jump in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Group training is better than traditional training in improving lower extremity explosive power.(2)After 8 weeks of resistance training experimental intervention,both the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in 30 m running performance.Compared with traditional training,cluster training had no obvious advantage in the improvement of horizontal moving speed.(3)After 8 weeks of resistance training experimental intervention,the standing long jump performance of the experimental group and CMJ vertical jump height,time,peak force,peak speed,peak power and other indicators were significantly different before and after the experiment,while the corresponding indicators of the control group were not significantly different before and after the experiment.Group training has advantages over traditional training in improving the lower extremity explosive power in both horizontal and vertical directions. |
