The loose-leaf textbooks are based on vocational ability,highlight the pragmaticality and practicality of teaching content,and meet the requirements of vocational education textbook construction.At present,the state vigorously advocates developing loose-leaf textbooks to improve the quality of vocational education textbooks and promote the development of vocational education.Vocational education emphasizes the cultivation of students’ professional ability,and the teaching materials of vocational colleges should also highlight the characteristics of professionalism and practicality."Tour Guide Practice" is a compulsory course of secondary vocational tourism service and management major,emphasizing the cultivation of student tour guide service skills,is a strong practical course,however,most vocational colleges are still using the “Tour Guide Practice” which is knowledge-centred and fixed by traditional colloidal,so it is difficult to reflect the characteristics of vocational education teaching materials.On this basis,this study carried out the design and exploration of the loose-leaf textbook "Tour Guide Practice",and applied the design sample to the teaching practice of tourism service and management major in L school in Kunming,exploring the construction method of the loose-leaf textbook of secondary vocational tourism majors.The main content of this research involves the following parts:First,by sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,understanding the research status of loose-leaf textbooks,clarifying the development and design process of loose-leaf textbooks,and laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent design of loose-leaf textbooks.Second,through the questionnaire survey and interview,investigating the current situation of using the textbook "Tour Guide Practice" in Kunming L School,clarifying the needs of teachers and students for the "Tour Guide Practice" textbook,and analyzing the existing problems in the currently used textbook.At the same time,through the interview method,investigating relevant tourism enterprises and tour guides to clarify the typical tasks and responsibilities of the basic job positions of tour guides.Third,on the basis of the previous theoretical research and current situation investigation,taking the "tour guide service process of scenic spots" as an example to design learning situations,develop learning tasks,design digital resources,etc.,and complete the design of the loose-leaf textbook sample chapter of "Tour Guide Practice".Fourth,apply the sample chapters of the loose-leaf textbook of "Tour Guide Practice" to specific practical teaching,investigate and analyze the practical effect of the textbook,and further improve the sample chapters of the textbook based on feedback.According to the feedback from practice,compared with traditional textbooks,the loose-leaf textbook of "Tour Guide Practice" can help students more clear guide tasks and workflow,through the study of loose-leaf textbooks,students’ learning interest and enthusiasm have been significantly improved,and tour guide service skills have also been effectively exercised.
