| Teaching materials are an important vehicle for training technically skilled people, the shape of teaching materials is key to determining whether teaching materials truly meet the needs of vocational education teaching and learning. The existing traditional glued textbooks are slow to update their content and do not reflect new processes and technologies in the discipline. The loose-leaf textbook follows the concept of vocational competence, highlighting the practicality and practicability of the teaching content, which can be dynamically updated to meet the requirements of vocational education personnel training. The market needs many high level, complex industrial robot operators, but there is a shortage of such talent in the market.Industrial robot operation and programming is the core course of the industrial robotics application programme in secondary vocational schools, which focuses on training technical skills such as robot operators. The study focuses on the development of a loose-leaf school-based textbook on Industrial Robotics Operation and Programming for secondary vocational schools, with the main elements of the study including:Firstly, this study collates relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the current status of research on loose-leaf teaching materials, clarify the development and design process of loose-leaf school-based teaching materials, and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of loose-leaf school-based teaching materials.Secondly, through field research, this study understands students’ views on the textbooks currently in use and their demand for loose-leaf school-based textbooks, summarizes the problems in the existing textbooks, investigates the demand for talents from enterprises, and seeks suggestions from relevant teachers on the development of loose-leaf school-based textbooks.Thirdly, this study analyses the characteristics of loose-leaf school-based materials, identifies ideas for their development and sets out the principles for their preparation;analyzes the learning situation of secondary school students and selects four typical tasks: "industrial robot operation and commissioning","industrial robot application programming","industrial robot installation","industrial robot maintenance",and uses the primary vocational skills of "industrial robot application programming" and "industrial robot operation and maintenance" certificates for composite design. The front-end design of the loose-leaf school-based materials for this study, integrates the learning context,X-certificate and typical work tasks,as a basis for developing the curriculum standards.Fourthly, this study completes the design of the table of contents, structure and organization, content, learning assessment, and online resources for the loose-leaf school-based textbook on Industrial Robot Operation and Programming. This study developes Developed loose-leaf school-based materialsFifthly, this study applies the loose-leaf school-based teaching materials of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming to specific practical teaching, investigates and analyses the effectiveness of the teaching materials in practice, and reflects on the development of the looseleaf school-based teaching materials.Based on feedback from practice, the loose-leaf school textbook on Industrial Robot Operation and Programming can flexibly meet the learning needs of students and the teaching needs of teachers compared to traditional textbooks.By studying the loose-leaf school textbook "Industrial Robot Operation and Programming",students’ interest in learning is enhanced and practical skills are acquired more quickly. |
