The health status of children and adolescents has always attracted attention from all walks of life. The "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" promulgated by the state has added health education to the national quality education system, and promoted health education to a pivotal position. At the same time,it stipulates that the focus of health education should be placed on in primary and secondary schools.According to the division of the Ministry of Education on the cognitive level of primary school students’ healthy behavior, the 1st to 2nd grades of primary school are at the first level of healthy behavior cognition.Combined with the theory of children’s cognition,it can be seen that the earlier the development of behavioral habits, the better.Primary school students in grades 1 and 2 were selected as the research subjects.Today’s quality education advocates, changing the teaching method in the past to focus on learning, and change from passive to active. As a part of teaching, paper evaluation has problems such as single method, strong subjectivity, and incomplete examination of teaching objectives. Therefore,it is not enough to judge students’ literacy only by examination results. With the indepth research on educational games,it is found that educational games can make participants have a strong enthusiasm for the tasks in the game, and this emotion also makes the participants have a strong interest in the knowledge contained in the game, and the skills in the game The virtual situation can make the participants feel immersive, and then promote the generation of learning flow, which is completely in line with the requirements of today’s society for education and teaching models. In this study,an educational game was designed to evaluate the health behavior cognition of primary school students by combining the classification of cognitive educational goals with educational game design,to examine the health behavior cognition level of primary school students in grades 1 and 2.This topic applies educational games to educational evaluation, and takes Bloom’s educational objective classification as the design goal, classifies the cognitive content of primary school students’ healthy behaviors in cognitive dimensions, and sorts out evaluation actions;combines educational game design theories and methods to construct recognition Know on the educational game mode and level process in the field;and then transform the content of the primary school students’ health behavior cognition test through the level process and integrate it into the game task to complete the design and development of the entire educational game. After that,a cross-comparison experiment was conducted, and 20 primary school students in 1-2 years were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group and the control group.By comparing the qualifications of the paper test papers and the game clearance,it was used to verify the health behavior cognitive education game for primary school students.feasibility and effectiveness;By comparing the results of paper test paper and game clearance,it can be seen that the students who pass the game also pass the paper test, which shows that the game evaluation can be used to test the health behavior cognition of primary school students;By analyzing the evaluation of the same knowledge points in the paper test paper and the game level,it is found that for procedural knowledge, the traditional paper test paper can only test whether the students know it,but can not test whether it can be done; The educational game can simulate the virtual situation and test the players’ actions and skills in the situation, which is better than the traditional paper test;Cognitive assessment can help teachers, students and parents better understand the participants’ health behavior cognition, and then promote participants to learn effectively, and finally improve their own health behavior cognition.
