Research On The Application Of Case Management In The Re-socialisation Of Rehabilitated Drug Addicts In The Community

At present,my country is actively exploring an effective governance model for anti-drug work.The previous compulsory mode of "judicial punishment" is being transformed into a community-led "de-institutionalized" management and control model,and drug addicts are strongly encouraged to return to the community to receive community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation.Although the concept of community drug rehabilitation and the related management methods for community drug rehabilitation personnel are clearly defined in law,due to the lack of standardization and professionalism in the existing community drug rehabilitation work,the management and control measures are actually only guaranteed to a certain extent.The execution rate of community-based drug rehabilitators ignores their well-being,resulting in their unmet needs in terms of survival,emotion,and employment.Once their needs are unmet,they fall into a vicious cycle of relapse as a way to escape reality or avoid stress.In order to respond to the complex needs of community-based drug rehabilitation personnel and the practical problems that community-based drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation work is not effective,professional social work forces are introduced into community-based drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation work to pay attention to the well-being of community-based drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation personnel,provide them with integrated services,and helping them return to society is the general trend.The social work case management model is the result of continuous improvement and development based on community care,and has the function and role of strengthening community care.As a comprehensive service model,it is suitable for service objects who face multiple problems but are difficult to effectively utilize social resources.Community drug rehab workers are the vulnerable groups who are faced with complex and diverse needs but cannot help themselves in the process of resocialization.This question provides a new theoretical perspective and practical possibility for the social work case management model.This study is based on the anti-drug social worker service project in Tianhe District,Guangzhou City,based on the practical experience of S Street in Tianhe District,from the 29 people who are receiving community detoxification or community rehabilitation in S Street,1 community detoxification person and 1 person are selected.As the research object,community rehabilitation personnel conduct in-depth case management intervention research,intervene in community drug rehabilitation rehabilitation personnel according to the general process of social work practice,and visually demonstrate the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation rehabilitation personnel under the case management model through participatory observation and interview methods.process,and explain how case management services are specifically implemented in the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel.In the specific intervention process,use the case service ability to provide individual consultation,counseling and treatment for community drug rehabilitation personnel,provide direct professional services for community drug rehabilitation personnel and their families,and play the role of enabler;grasp case management method,link the complex and diverse needs and problems of community drug rehabilitation personnel with formal resources or informal resources,and play the role of case managers.In the whole process of case management intervention,not only pay attention to the physical and psychological conditions of community drug rehabilitation personnel,but also pay attention to and strengthen their environment,do a good job in resource linkage and cooperative services,and help them restore social functions and return to normal life.After the completion of the case management service,the drug addiction quality of life measurement scale was used to compare the scores of the community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation personnel before and after the test,to evaluate the service effect of the case management intervention,and to test the theoretical applicability of the case management model,so as to prove the application of the case management model.It has a positive effect in the resocialization service of community drug rehabilitation personnel.
