A Case Service Study Of Community Drug Rehabilitation From The Perspective Of Social Support Theory

The "Report on the Form of Drug Situation in China" shows that after the strict implementation of China’s anti-drug policy,the overall drug situation in the country has shown a good trend.According to the data of 2021,a total of 54,000 drug crime cases were solved,77,000 criminal suspects were arrested,27 tons of drugs were seized,and326,000 drug addicts were investigated and dealt with,down 16.3%,16.7%,51.4% and23.6% respectively year-on-year.Although it has been strictly cracked down on in recent years,the form of poisoning throughout the country is still grim.One of the cases in the treatment of drug addicts is to order drug-related persons to carry out community rehabilitation of drug addiction,from 242,000 in 2018 to 300,000 in 2019,and the number of people ordered to community drug rehabilitation in 2020 plummeted,only99,000.In general,the people who have been ordered to detoxify and rehabilitate in the community are an extremely large group,and in the actual process of implementation,there is a great need for professional social workers to assist them.Give play to the professional value of social workers themselves,assist community drug rehabilitation personnel to complete community drug rehabilitation.From the perspective of social support theory,this study takes a single research subject in the L community as the starting point to carry out case professional services for social worker intervention for community drug addicts.In the complete case intervention process,try to use interviews,participation in observation and other methods to improve the client’s bad employment concept,improve the client’s family relationship,strengthen the social support network of the Korean client,and enhance the client’s confidence in returning to society.In the evaluation stage of the later stage of the service,the service effectiveness is measured using a scale to prove the service results of the anti-drug social worker.In the process of carrying out community drug rehabilitation work in individual cases,community anti-drug social workers should take the client as the core,use professional and scientific methods to help others,and design corresponding service plans according to the actual needs of the client.In the field of professional anti-drug social work research,there is a relatively fixed work mode,but in the process of practice,it is necessary to analyze the specific situation according to the different situations of each case.In the case service process of this study,social workers took the perspective of social support as the starting point to build a sound and healthy social and family support network for the service recipients,so as to help community drug addicts build confidence in drug rehabilitation,encourage them to actively integrate into social life,and finally realize community drug rehabilitation and return to normal social life.
