Investigation On The Optimization Of Social Support For Community Detoxification And Community Rehabilitation Personnel From The Perspective Of Empowerment

In order to actively respond to the severe situation of drug situation and promote the construction of a drug-free society,social work,as an important force in the social service system,is playing an increasingly important role in drug control work.The relapse rate of drug addicts is affected by social support,and it is necessary for social workers to intervene to improve social support for drug addicts.This study is an attempt at an intervention study,for the important intervention groups for drug addicts: community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel,using the method of case study in social work,combined with participatory observation and interview methods,intervention for community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel in the anti-drug professional social work service project in Guangzhou.Through the case study method,based on the perspective of empowerment,social workers intervene from three levels of empowerment perspective: individual level,interpersonal level,and social level,and explore the strategies of social worker intervention and three dimensions of social support of social workers’ intervention on community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel: received social support,perceived social support,and social support utilization.In this study,a quasi-experimental research strategy was adopted,and the social support rating scale was used as an evaluation tool for evaluation.After preliminary evaluation and simple random sampling,12 community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel were divided into an experimental group and an intervention group.Under the premise,the experimental group was intervened using the perspective of empowerment,and the control group was given routine assistance as usual.The study shows that after social workers intervene in community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel through the perspective of empowerment,the significant p-values of the three dimensions of social support in the experimental group are all less than0.05,and there are significant differences,and social support has increased significantly,indicating that the intervention The effect before intervention is better than the effect after intervention.The significant p values of the three dimensions of social support in the control group were all greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference,and there was no significant change in social support.In addition,in order to ensure the comprehensiveness and diversity of the research,6selected community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel in Baiyun district and Panyu district were used as reference.Through qualitative observation and analysis,it was also found that their social support was optimized after the energy-enhancing intervention..In their feedback with social workers,community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel expressed that they could feel acceptance and praise from the outside world,regained their role,strengthened their confidence in drug rehab,smoothly integrated into their families,created a healthy circle of friends,able to rationally use resources around them,and actively face the social environment and smoothly return to society.Therefore,it is concluded that after social workers’ empowerment intervention,the social support of community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel has been significantly optimized and significant.Finally,the study summarizes the possibility of social workers’ intervention in community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel from the perspective of empowerment,and explores the optimization model of social support for community detoxification and community rehabilitation personnel from the perspective of empowerment,which provides information for follow-up anti-drug social workers to carry out service and intervention research.
