| Drug abusers tend to relapse with higher doses and stronger concealment,which is an extremely unstable factor for both individuals and the society.By the end of 2020,a total of427,000 drug users had been investigated,272,000 of whom relapsed,accounting for 64 percent of the total.Prevention and treatment of relapse among drug addicts remains the focus of China’s current drug rehabilitation work.In order to effectively improve the integrity maintenance rate of drug addicts,China continues to promote the socialization of drug rehabilitation work,constantly introduce professional social work forces,and promote scientific abstinence treatment.In the community drug rehabilitation work,the government provides services for community drug addicts by purchasing services and relying on social work agencies.Social workers actively promote the re-socialization of community drug addicts to restrain relapse and promote their return to society,which has achieved good results.Resocialization of community drug addicts refers to learning and adapting to a new life style different from that before compulsory isolation so as to reintegrate into the normal population,including the resocialization of values,behavior patterns and knowledge and skill systems.This paper takes a case as an example,from the perspective of gender,based on the case management method of the new model of community drug rehabilitation,through semi-participatory observation and interview,a large number of written materials are obtained,so as to insight into the special plight of female drug addicts in the community and analyze the hindrance factors.The author using the social support theory and empowerment theory,draw lessons from rex and green case management model put forward by the eight steps,work mode to individualized service object,systematic services,combined with social work method is one of the team to carry out the service work,promote female community to explore ways to smooth re-socialization addicts.Through research,the author found that the main difficulties facing the resocialization of female community drug addicts are: solidified social interaction,lack of social support,habit of dependence on others,etc.The main hindrance factors were: early drug use,estrangement of friends and relatives,lack of self-reliance and so on.The resocialization needs of female community drug addicts mainly include employment needs,psychological reconstruction needs,cognitive and behavioral reconstruction needs,and self-value improvement needs.By using the case management model,the author established a case management group by contacting resources inside and outside the community to help the service objects improve their self-reliance,reshape social interaction,and promote their gradual return to the normal population.In case management team and the joint efforts of the service object,service object resocialization process smoothly and enhanced social ability,social relations improved,with the community members also get along well,rex and green case management eight steps on the question of female community resocialization addicts has achieved significant results.However,there are also some problems in the application of this model.In the case management group,there is collision and friction between the professional value of social work and the value of block governance.Because social workers rely on the community to obtain resources,their manager role in the case management group is not prominent enough,so that the service cannot fully follow the ethical value of social work.Further,the subject identity of the service object in the community drug rehabilitation field is blurred,which damages the rights and interests of the service object to a certain extent.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a scientific case management team order to ensure more efficient services for female community
