The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has led to the decline of the global economy.Many enterprises at home and abroad have been seriously affected.The employment pattern has changed,and the employment prospects of college students are facing great challenges.The state has also issued relevant policies,which clearly pointed out that we should focus on the physical and mental health of college students and fully do a good job in the employment of college students.The employment prospect of 2022 graduates is not optimistic,the demand for employment is tightened,the space for policy job expansion is limited,and the employment structural contradiction is still prominent.Anxiety is a common psychology of college students.The recurrence and periodicity of the epidemic situation lead to bad psychological and emotional states when college students choose jobs.The future of each college student should be valued by the family and the state.Therefore,the subjects of this study are the third year graduate students of X university.The questionnaire analysis was conducted to analyze the status and degree of Employment Anxiety of the subjects under the COVID-19,and the group activities were designed based on the sources and anxiety behaviors of Employment anxiety.After the research and investigation,in order to alleviate the negative emotions such as Employment Anxiety of College Students under the COVID-19,social workers designed the method of group work.Based on the anxiety sources investigated in the early stage,the group conducted six targeted group activities to help team members stimulate their potential,improve their bad emotions and enhance their self-confidence in employment.After each activity,social workers will record and evaluate the team members and the activity process.After six activities,they will conduct a questionnaire survey on the team members again.It is found that the anxiety level of the team members has decreased to a certain extent.Therefore,the intervention of social work in Colleges and universities is effective.This article takes the source of anxiety and anxiety behavior of graduates under the COVID-19 epidemic situation as the breakthrough point to improve employment anxiety and put forward reasonable suggestions. |
