The Study On Influence Factors And Intervention Of Employment Anxiety Of Colleage Graduates

Employment anxiety is a feeling that college graduates feel more or less when they are faced with employment.High employment anxiety is very detrimental to the job search of graduates,coupled with the previous studies are mostly on the status quo of employment anxiety analysis and the reasons for the discussion or some countermeasures research,effective intervention research very few.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to understand the influencing factors of college graduates' employment anxiety and to formulate targeted interventions.In this study,500 senior graduates from Henan University were randomly selected.The relationship between coping style,career decision-making self-efficacy and employment anxiety was investigated by coping style questionnaire,career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire and employment anxiety questionnaire.On this basis,this study explored the effectiveness of solution-focused group counseling in college graduates' employment anxiety intervention by experimental method.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Positive coping can negatively predict employment anxiety,negative coping is not significant with employment anxiety.(2)Career decision-making self-efficacy can be negative to predict employment anxiety.(3)Career decision-making self-efficacy fully mediated the positive relationship between positive coping style and employment anxiety.(4)Solution-focused group counseling can effectively improve the college graduates career decision-making self-efficacy,not only have a good immediate effect,but also have a good tracking effect.(5)Solution-focused group counseling effectively reduce the level of employment anxiety of college graduates,there is not only the good effect immediately,there is also a good tracking effect.(6)Solution-focused group counseling effect factors in this study mainly displays in: group support and empowerment;with a positive view of things,focusing on future guidance;pay attention to small change,based on action.
