In recent years,colleges and universities have continuously expanded the scale of enrollment,and the number of graduates has increased dramatically year by year,which has intensified the employment competitiveness of graduates.On the other hand,the employment mechanism of college graduates has undergone changes.Under the guidance of the national macro policy,employers and graduates make two-way choices.The self-employment model of college students has replaced the distribution mechanism that was once unified by the state.Employment interviews have become an important way for graduates and employers to make two-way choices.Employers understand the abilities and comprehensive qualities of graduates through interviews,and graduates gain employment opportunities through interviews.The importance of interviews to graduates is self-evident,and good interview skills and interview performance have become a stepping stone for graduates to successfully choose a career.However,the real problem is that graduates have no job experience,lack of interviewing skills and abilities when they first enter the workplace.They are full of anxiety,irritability and tension during face-to-face interviews.Those who are serious may even affect sleep and diet.Interview anxiety greatly affects graduates'self-confidence in interviews,affects graduates' thinking ability and behavior ability,and affects graduates' performance in interviews,and cannot show the interviewer the most true state.At the same time,it also caused the interviewer not to better understand the abilities of the graduates.The author chooses group dynamics theory,social learning theory,etc.as theoretical guidance and adopts group work methods for practical exploration,so as to ease graduates 'job interview anxiety,reshape self-perception,strengthen self-confidence and improve the ability of interviewing,and finally can actively respond to interviews.This article selects S university graduates in J city as the research object,and understands the employment and interview related situation of S university graduates through a questionnaire survey.The author interviewed several graduates,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,to analyze the graduates' interview difficulties and causes.On this basis,the 6 group activities program was designed in a targeted manner.Through the sharing and encouragement among the group membbers,with the help and support of social workers,the group members mastered the methods to relieve anxiety and reshape self-awareness,accurate self-positioning,gain interview experience,and enhance self-confidence in interviews.The author conducted evaluations in various ways after the end of the group and found that the intervention of the group work is effective in alleviating the anxiety of the graduate job interview.And,this group work activity plan to reduce graduate interview anxiety is feasible.In the last part of this article,the author summarizes and reflects on the group activities,and puts forward some feasible suggestions to accumulate experience and lay a foundation for the development of similar group work in the future.
