Research On The Evaluation Of Social Work Services Project

The evaluation quality of social work service is particularly important,which is related to the healthy development of the entire social work industry.In China the government needs to purchase a large amount of social work service for national development,which is a political and social relationship with Chinese characteristics.A lot of project evaluation has serious administrative tendencies.In practical research,the author found that the evaluation of the “Youth Zone”Service Project circumvented the administrative problem to a certain extent,effectively promoted the development of the project,and achieved the effect of “building by evaluation”.Therefore,under the guidance of the evaluation theory,the author used data analysis and in-depth interview methods to study how the assessment of the project was carried out,and why it can achieve results.It is hoped that effective experience can be promoted and applied to the government to evaluate the purchase of social work service projects.The conclusion is that the project has a comprehensive evaluation process,including program evaluation,implementation evaluation,effectiveness evaluation and impact assessment.The selected evaluation framework is appropriate.The assessment method has been effectively used and the evaluation has been carried out throughout the project.These successful experiences can be used for reference to promote the use of government procurement of social work service project evaluations.
