Secondary vocational education cultivates a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the development of society and is a key part of Chinese education system,but the current secondary vocational education in the teaching mode and teaching technology development is still relatively backward,the training of students cannot meet the social needs.In order to promote the development of secondary vocational education,this paper carries out the research and practice of the integrated teaching mode of "teaching-learning-doing-evaluation" based on virtual reality.This paper focuses on the teaching of disassembly and assembly of industrial robots,and sets up a survey on the demand for talents in enterprises and the current situation of professional teaching in secondary vocational schools.By summarizing the professional ability and literacy needs of enterprises,analyzing school teaching problems,and putting forward countermeasures:changing teaching mode,enriching teaching resources,screening teaching content,and then constructing an integrated teaching mode of " teaching-learning-doing-assessing " for industrial robot disassembly and assembly based on virtual reality.In the construction process of this teaching model,through in-depth research on the work tasks of industrial robot disassembly and assembly positions in the production front line,and discussion with practical experts.The core curriculum content is developed according to processes of course content development oriented by work process.Use virtual reality technology to develop teaching resources matching the curriculum content.Then,the teaching design of the course is carried out according to the teaching steps of " teaching-learning-doing-assessing " teaching mode.In the end,taking the learning situation of "installation and debugging of handling industrial robot" as an example,carry out the teaching experiment,and collect the experimental results by questionnaire.Through the survey of teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction,it is concluded that this integrated teaching mode is beneficial to stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve the teaching quality and efficiency,and promote students to master the relevant knowledge content of industrial robot disassembly and training of professional ability. |
