Experimental Study On The Effect Of Table Tennis Auxiliary Trainer On Table Tennis Teaching In Colleges And Universities

The development of table tennis in our country has a broad mass base.It is mainly due to the distinct technical characteristics of table tennis and the low requirements for the venue.Table tennis has a wide range of areas such as table social sports,school sports and competitive sports.Students in school should have a certain professional foundation in table tennis.Students should have a certain professional foundation in table tennis and cultivate hobbies.The teaching method of the auxiliary trainer not only improves the learning effect of students but also promotes the diversification of table tennis courses.It can effectively mobilize students’ enthusiasm in training.This article explores the application of auxiliary trainers in table tennis teaching and training in college table tennis training classes.（table tennis frame training board,table tennis rebound board,table tennis training pull rope）.The test indicators and teaching content in the teaching process of table tennis are clarified through interviews with experts.The article uses literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaires,experiments and other methods.The sophomore table tennis compulsory course students of physical education in Jilin Institute of physical education were divided into two groups.The experimental class used table tennis to assist the teaching of trainers for eight weeks.Traditional pedagogy is used in the control class in order to make a conclusion with the data SPSS26 of inter-group comparison.Research results:（1）in the teaching of table tennis,a variety of table tennis auxiliary trainers are used to help students master the movements,shorten the time to master the movements,master the technical movements,improve the technical movement practice ability and improve the students’ practice efficiency.（2）In the teaching of table tennis,a variety of table tennis auxiliary trainers are used to help students improve the quality of movement and make students have the sense of standing.（3）In the teaching of table tennis,a variety of table tennis auxiliary trainers are used to help students improve their action level,improve their enthusiasm and interest in learning,and increase the classroom practice atmosphere.（4）The use of auxiliary training equipment in teaching has changed the single mode of traditional table tennis teaching,made up for the defects of traditional teaching,and is worth popularizing table tennis in Colleges and universities.
