An Experimental Study Of Target Teaching Method In Table Tennis Elective Course Teaching In Colleges And Universities

College students as the construction of the motherland successors,physical quality is paid more and more attention,college sports elective courses has become one of the important courses,table tennis lessons as ordinary college sports elective courses,elective physical education plays an important role in the course,loved by the majority of the students,but table tennis in university development is affected by various aspects,lead the students' initiative is not enough,the students to master the technique of table tennis and general use.The quality of table tennis teaching has a direct impact on the further development of table tennis in ordinary colleges and universities.The teaching of table tennis skills is the foundation of table tennis course.Therefore,improving teaching quality is the focus of this paper.How to improve teaching quality and teaching methods is particularly important.The goal of teaching in Guangdong University of Finance sophomore table tennis elective course students as the research object,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,the status quo of domestic and foreign research method of teaching objectives is expounded,the definition of the concept of goal teaching method collate,theoretical basis and application principle of target teaching method,and through comparing the traditional teaching method and the teaching method of the teaching effect,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching method and teaching method,improve the Guangdong University of Finance table tennis elective course teaching quality.The results are as follows:1.Target teaching method can improve students in table tennis backhand block,forehand,backhand chop,push attack four basic technical mastery and flexible use.2.The goal teaching method can improve the students' understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge of table tennis.3.The goal teaching method can improve the students' ability of competition and form a good sense of competition.4.The goal teaching method can stimulate students' interest in learning and transform learning motivation,thus actively participating in table tennis learning and laying the foundation for lifelong sports.5.The more times the target teaching method appears,the more obvious theeffect of target teaching method is.
