| Under the background of the continuous development of our mass sports career,club education has developed rapidly.As a national sport,table tennis is a sport deeply loved by primary and middle school students.More and more parents choose junior table tennis clubs,youth table tennis clubs are growing rapidly all over the country.The traditional teaching mode of the Youth Table Tennis Club can no longer meet the needs of the Society for the cultivation and development of table tennis talents,how To make the club teaching get the best development on the original level is the problem that the researchers of the club teaching have been exploring.Therefore,at the club stage,how to better introduce the table tennis course into the physical education teaching mode,how to use the teaching methods that are more in line with the actual law and with remarkable results to promote the development of table tennis in the Youth Club,higher requirements are put forward for the teaching form and method of the course.The flipped classroom teaching model takes the network as the carrier of knowledge transmission,which is a teaching model of self-determination,discussion,inquiry and student-oriented,fully meet the needs of students for innovation in teaching methods and methods of table tennis,moreover,this model plays an important role in cultivatingstudents’ learning interest,communication and cooperation ability,independent learning and innovation in the table tennis club.This study introduces the overturned classroom teaching model into the teaching of Table Tennis Club,which almost subverts the traditional teaching model of Table Tennis Club,to test whether this model can become an effective means of teaching of Table Tennis Club,further improve the teaching quality and effect of Table Tennis Club.Based on the teaching practice of Table Tennis Club,this study adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes the 12-16-year-old students of Table Tennis Club as the teaching experimental objects,by comparing the teaching effect of the experimental class with that of the control class,this paper analyzes the differences between the flipped classroom teaching model and the traditional teaching model in improving students’ physical quality,table tennis technical level,sports learning interest,interpersonal communication and team cooperation ability.The findings are as follows:(1)in this experiment,the application of turn-over class teaching mode in the table tennis teaching of junior table tennis club can improve the level of students’ physical quality,and can improve the moving speed of students’ sliding step,flexibility of wrist rope and coordination of upper and lower limbs.Compared improving students’ physical quality level and developing students’ upper and lower limbs strength quality,speed quality,sensitivity and coordination.(2)in the teaching of Table Tennis Club for the youth,the application of the teaching model in the classroom can improve the level of individual skills and combined skills of table tennis,and can promote the quality and quantity of table tennis skills of the students.Compared ’basic technical level of table tennis,including the achievement of technical standards and technical evaluation of table tennis.(3)this experiment has improved the students’ ability of self-study in physical education by using the teaching model of turning over class in the teaching of Table Tennis Club for young people,it includes the positive change of learning motivation,the improvement of autonomy in learning process and the enhancement of autonomous learning ability in any learning environment.Compared with students’ ability of self-study in physical education(4)this experiment has a significant effect on the students’ cooperative learning ability in the teaching of Table Tennis Club.There is no significant difference before and after the teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of the overturned classroom teaching mode is more conducive to the promotion of students’ interest in sports learning.(5)compared with is more beneficial to improve the students’ ability of unity and cooperation... |
