In the teaching of table tennis,in order to make the students master the technical movements better and faster in a class,some auxiliary exercises are added before the students do formal exercises.These movements are similar to the formal technical movements,and the difficulty is relatively small.They play a connecting role in learning and mastering a new t echnical movement.Table tennis is a confrontational sport separated by two sides.For beginners,when learning a new action,they practice confrontational exercises.Students will drop the ball when they can't play a few games back and forth,and it is difficult for students to maintain regular movements in the process of returning the ball.If the pressure of students' practice is too great,they will be able to teach table tennis lessons.Interest will also decline,and the classroom atmosphere will be cold.Why do beginners tend to drop balls and have irregular movements when they practice on the stage after the teacher teaches them? The main reason is that students' sense of ball is generally poor and their ability to control the ball is not good.It is difficult for them to return the ball to the prescribed area during practice,which leads to inaccurate hitting point and hitting time.It is difficult for students to pay attention to their swing movements in the process of returning the ball.Peer-to-peer training and error correction time will consume a lot,especially in elective courses such as large classes,a large number of students are weak foundation,the task of class will be more difficult,thus affecting the quality of classroom teaching.Under the existing teaching conditions,in order to enable students to grasp the skills of technical movements faster,in the process of learning table tennis technology for beginners,the use of reasonable auxiliary exercises for teaching will achieve better learning results.This paper takes the assistant practice method of table tennis elective course as the study of love.By using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,60 people(32 boys and 28 girls)in Class 3 of 2018 elective course in Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College are taught table tennis.Proven.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks,two hours a week.The conclusions of co mparative analysis are as follows:1.From the overall data,the scores of the two classes are higher than before the experiment,and the improvement range of the experimental class is larger than that of the control class.First of all,compared with the standard scores of the two classes after the experiment,the number of dribbles and attacks in the experimental class was higher than that in the control class,and there was a significant difference;then compared with the evaluation scores of the two classes after the experiment,the scores of dribbles,attacks and left push right attacks in the experimental class were higher than that in the control class,and the difference was significant.The experimental class is better than the control class.2.It has a certain teaching effect to use the elastic soft axis exerciser for auxiliary teaching,which shows that students reduce the occurrence of wrong actions in practice and the action of hitting the ball is relatively standard.And can effectively increase the number of batting boards of students,improve the basic level.3.Use the table tennis elastic flexible shaft training device to assist teaching,so that students can also experience the joy of cooperative learning in the public elective classroom,and cultivate the team spirit and collective sense of honor of students.At the same time,the use of auxiliary practice equipment,to a certain extent,reduces the difficulty of learning,enhances students' confidence in learning,and also helps to play the students' subjective initiative.
