| The prospects for the future of basketball in our country are directly linked to the quality of sport among young people.)Training young people in basketball in science is a practical task.Among these measures,physical job training and physical ability is a very effective technique for basketball players.Basketball players’ physical characteristics are the cornerstone of their participation in the sport of basketball,as competency is a critical physical characteristic,and in adolescence it is necessary to improve through training.In order to increase the sensitivity of students’ athletes,teachers should invent traditional teaching methods and encourage improved quality and efficiency of education.Experiments have shown that speed elevator training has had some effect in improving efficiency,but after many training,more in-depth studies have been conducted that are necessary to achieve better results.To improve the competence of basketball players,traditional training models should be improved and innovative and more sophisticated technologies and ideas introduced to ensure the effectiveness of training.This article discusses two different methods of training.One method is progressive rapid training and some sophisticated methods that make competitors more effective than traditional rapid training methods as opposed to increasing sensitivity.Through systematic analysis of the impact of basketball players’ training on "fast speed",the team of researchers came up with an effective methodology for training.This approach has proven both in theory and in practice,and it strongly supports basketball training for young people.A large amount of research data has been collected using the documentation method,significant training results have been obtained through an empirical approach,with numerical statistical methods and systematic analysis of the findings.The objective of this experiment is whether it is possible to carry out a practical basketball training teaching.The experiment targeted 16 male basketball students at Won High School,who were randomly divided into reference groups and 8participants in the eight-week training.Seven indicators were experimented with to compare changes before and after groups.After a period of experimentation,education via "fast stairs" improved physical abilities such as mobility and coordination in the sport of basketball,leading to significant improvement in the performance of competitors.Knowledge will improve before,after and after the test.We analyzed the test data’s double factor differences and then concluded that:implementing an agile elevator would greatly improve the ability of boys and young students specialised in basketball,and training would lead to better results than normal training is very good.(ii)The lively and energetic training of young people in basketball compared to regular training at the level is a marked improvement.The training method is consistent with the horizontal improvements in the T-Test approach and the cross-step approach,with the more pronounced horizontal direction in the fast-paced yes approach.(iii)With regard to the balance of abilities,the male basketball profession in secondary schools can also promote balance among students in order to increase the effectiveness of the walking approach.(iv)People who study basketball in order to better develop the skills and abilities of male high school basketball students choose an agile ladder for mobility training.A comparative study was conducted between different "step-by-step" and "step-by-step" training approaches to basketball in middle schools,using documentation and experimental design methods.Rapid and fast training routines can improve the level of ball rotation.Rapid training,however,had a greater impact on Illinois speed. |
