Basketball as a high popularization rate of our country,a skill with a wide audience of the same court against item, there is no doubt that the basic technique is still the priority in basketball teaching today.Dribbling is one of the basic technical movements of basketball.Mastering dribbling is the first step for every beginner to learn basketball. For basketball beginners how to quickly improve the dribbling skills for their participation in basketball confidence,to stimulate the interest in basketball has an important role. The current basketball teaching of non-sports major college students in domestic universities is mainly based on the traditional course syllabus teaching method, and the teaching of personal basic technology is less combined with auxiliary equipment. It is easy to appear the phenomenon of students’ low interest, slow progress of basic basketball technology, low learning efficiency, poor grasp of basic technology and so on.This study aims to explore its practical effect on college basketball beginners’ basic technology dribbling with the aid of mirror, and analyze its mechanism combined with mirror nerve theory. This paper reveals the internal law of mirror assisted training on college students’ basketball dribbling technology based on mirror nerve theory,so as to improve teaching efficiency and provide methods for mastering basic basketball dribbling technology faster and better.Research methods: literature method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and other methods,by comparing the basketball skills of college students before and after the experiment and Mu wave suppression degree,to explore the teaching effect of mirror assisted basketball dribbling teaching.Experimental results: Left-handed dribbling retrace to the line in the whole court:there was a significant difference between the interaction effect of time and group(P <0.05).Comprehensive dribble layup: the interaction effect between time and group was significant(P< 0.05).Total score: The interaction effects of time and group were significantly different(P < 0.05).There were significant differences on the time main effect at C3 point(P< 0.05).At the Cz point, there were significant differences in the main effect of time, and significant differences in the interaction effect between time and group(P < 0.01).At C4 point, there were significant differences in the main effect of time, and significant differences in the interaction effect between time and group(P< 0.01).Conclusions:(1)Before and after the basketball dribbling teaching experiment, there were significant changes in the basketball skills of college students in the control group and the experimental group. The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group under the traditional teaching method.(2)Before and after the basketball dribbling teaching experiment, the EEG components of college students in the control group and the experimental group showed significant changes during mirror assistance, and the desynchronization of Mu wave at Cz,C4 points of college students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of students in the control group.(3)After the basketball dribbling teaching experiment, the mirror neuron system was activated in the central brain region, but not in the occipital brain region. The activity of the mirror neuron system could be improved through exercise.
